Lots is options and great service! When I went today (mid morning) the young lady was doing it ALL by herself and doing an amazing job! I’m not sure if someone called in sick but she handled the register, serving food and great customer service with everyone I saw coming in!

This location is horrible!!!!! Pumps never work! No one’s ever at the counter and if you have an issue with a pump and need moved be prepared for the cashier to get rude and have an attitude like it’s your fault there pumps don’t work!!!!

I'm in there all the time. There are a lot of working people that go there and some look a little rough. The cashiers are friendly to everyone including the women as I am a woman I guess I know. They always very helpful sometimes you have to wait a little bit because they may be helping a customer or they may be away from the register for a minute. The prices aren't cheap like all convenience stores the snacks are high and so are some of the pre-made things. They have some really good hot dogs and some other things on the roller grills. I rarely miss a day going there for içe. They also have some great food atthe little Mexican restaurant part. They r usually very friendly. There have been a few that weren't too friendly and they aren't there now that I know of. All in all if you need a quick in and out I think they're fine.

They have door locked during business hours. Also never have what i want, on top of that... their credit card reader doesn't work.

This store is constantly out of tobacco products. I went in there today, Friday, to get some Copenhagen long cut and they were out... the truck came yesterday on Thursday! The manager obviously doesn't know how to order inventory correctly!

2 months later & the bathroom still looks like it's never been cleaned. Toilets all have black grime inside the bowls.
Floors were Filthy & the women's restroom was even worse. Toilets looks like they never get scrubbed.

Been in several time creepy men standing around talking with workers. Every time I go in there never get any help cause ladies are too busy hanging with bf or friends. Extremely unprofessional and not helpful. I have refused to go in and or get gas since there is never help offered.

Is this place 24 hours or not? Every single time I try to go in between 12am and 6am there's a sign on the door that says Be Back in 30 Mins, and the guy playing on his phone IF you can get his attention by annoying him enough, says "30 mins."
Funny, I learned that trick working in retail. We used "Be Back in 5" because we were probably using the restroom. but it was great, cause you could technically be gone for up to 10 before anyone got mad waiting 5 minutes.
But 30, whew. That's a long time for your "registers to be down while the system updates" at night in the middle of a guy's shift. Don't y'all close out registers and settle up batches BETWEEN shifts? And, doesn't that take, like... all of 7 seconds?
Or does the 7-11 Mainframe have to power down random times of night for 30 minutes while scientists change out the magnetic tape drives and loads the punch cards and programs in the employee id and balances out the change drawer?
Maybe he could bother to fill orders for the 7-11 app if he's going to lock out your customers, but no. he won't even communicate if he can't ignore. just shakes his head no like some kind of General Manager.
So, i'm assuming that i'm complaining about 7-11 store policy and that the employee is just doing good customer service work as i'm sure this sounds familiar enough, he's just doing as instructed and trained to do.
Print "Be Back in 30 Minutes" real big on a piece of paper everyday and tape it to the door and lock it. and sit at the counter and stare into your hands. don't look up until they start tapping on the glass real loud with their key. look irritated. shake your head no. shrug, gesture at the computers and shake your head no. how much longer will they have to wait? 30 mins.
after ten minutes or so they'll wander off. i'd think ringing up a pack of smokes would be the easiest job in the world, but nope, got ourselves a challenge.
Boss makes me Lock up for 30 minutes a night. randomly, and send customers away. Sucks your boss wants his store run like that, it doesn't reflect well on the employee stuck in that situation.
1 star for how your General Manager runs the night shift.

Disgusting!! Very disappointing when it was a Stripes it was Awesome. Now that it is a 7-11 they have destroyed it! They have had many issues with there pumps, the bathrooms area disgusting and many are out of order! It is so awful on this place I would never even buy beer, soda or snacks and the kitchen area looks like a science project.

The very big fat african person there is belligerent with the drivers refusing to full-fill the online orders. This 7-eleven used to be a nice place to shop.
