Excellent service and reasonably priced. Edgar is very knowledgeable and creative. Office manager Laura is also knowledgeable and helpful in the business affairs. I highly recommend American Custom Golf Carts for your golf cart service of any kind. I wish I had a before customization pic of my cart, not necessary, more important is the after.š

My wife and I were browsing for golf carts for a while and couldnāt find anything reasonably priced. Every business was pushy for financing and had the sleazy salesman approach.
We stumbled upon American Golf Carts due to it being right down the road from us and it was by far the best experience! Edgar and his wife immediately made us feel welcomed and treated us like family. They were not pushy to sale and use their financing. We ended up buying a used cart from them for a very reasonable price! Edgar went above and beyond to ensure that everything on the cart worked properly and looked like new.
Most recently our 2 year old son took both cart keys and lost them š we tried to solve the problem ourselves by buying replacement keys off amazon but that didnāt work. I finally ended up calling and speaking with Edgar, who was extremely helpful and got me a new set of 2 keys. When I asked how much it would cost, he replied āyouāre our customer, itās freeā.
They truly take care of you and treat you amazing. I highly recommend this company for any gold cart needs!

After several quotes from other businesses and ridiculous prices, I found American Custom Golf Carts. I spoke with Edgar, who assured me he would beat the price. Edgar drove an hour to pick up the golf cart. Edgar communicated with me throughout the process and discovered other issues (bearings and worn-out bushings). I opted for a lift with wheels and tires. Edgar and his team did a phenomenal job, and I recommend his business.

If I could give more than 5 stars, i totally would! We met Edgar bringing our old golf cart in to be serviced, and he made us such a great deal on a new one i instantly fell in love with as soon as i saw it, far more beautiful than my old one was even when it was new! We couldnt pass it up! A few months down the road, i had an issue w the blinker, and Edgar had it picked up from my house, and he fixed the blinker. I also asked if he could lower the back rest on it, as I am short, and have back problems. He had to literally 'invent' a way to custom weld a whole new bracket to mount it on, and had it delivered back to my house, quickly! When I asked for the bill, I was told there was NO BILL!! Talk about an upstanding business man!
We will be doing business w him from now on, and every time someone compliments me on how cute mine is, Im always happy to tell them where I got it, give them Edgar's number, and tell them he sells them on payment plans, as well! Who does That??? EDGAR DOES!! Thanks so much Edgar, this comfortable golf car is going to see some miles!! And i appreciate all your hard work, making it comfortable for me! That means so much! You're the best business man who stands behind his work 1000%, I have ever dealt with!

My wife and I have been shopping for a golf cart for a while and have come across our share of Service and Sales people. Iāll say this, Edgar and Laura were the ABSOLUTE best.
