TJ creates a fantastic AT&T experience. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I had just landed from Europe where I had an eSIM for the stay...Once I landed in Houston I had problems with my original SIM card because I inadvertently deleted it and not the other one. He replaced it with a physical card to help me avoid this issue again. I absolutely recommend going to TJ for all your AT&T needs in Willis Texas or wherever he may reside in the future. Thank you, TJ!

Been going in back to back for MONTHS nobody would/could actually help me. the manager who “helped” apparently quit and didn’t take down any notes like she told me she did. The people on the store can never do anything themselves and seem uneducated about their OWN deals. Watch out for the trade in SCAMS from the AT&T employees; so they can earn commission. I’ve been dealing with this bullshit for a year And will NOT be returning.

Every time I’ve been here I feel like I am wasting their time. Tried again today to get help with my iPhone that wouldn’t work after the update. They wouldn’t look at my phone. Wouldn’t pull up my account to see the payoff for a phone less than one year old. He guesstimated it instead. I was the only customer in the store. Just kept saying, I would have to buy a new phone or go to the Apple Store. So we go to Apple & all it needed was to be reset. Apple said any phone store employee should know how to do this. Useless. Don’t want to work & have no customer service inclination whatsoever!

New to the area and have been unable to update my address through my online account so had to stop by the store. Literally walked through the door and was basically told to leave. There was one person working who was helping other customers. Apparently he was setting them up with a new account and said it would be at least 40 minutes so we could either wait or come back, but it would be a while. He seemed really annoyed when we proceeded to browse the store to wait, so we just left. Unlikely to give this store another chance if they really just don't want customers. It's a good thing there's a store on almost every corner so we'll find another location.

Completely unhelpful. Twice this week sent us away with no service. Excuse today was I am busy for the next thirty minutes and my coworker is in the restroom so we can't get to you. Good luck getting out of the parking lot.

I decided to get service here during the beginning of June 2024. I decided to stick with my old phone service and I am so happy I did. I cancelled my service after two days because the average of my life between what I actually was going to pay was a $40.00-$50.00 difference. I called tk cancel my service. The AT&T corporate gave me no issues and they were very nice. However, they did not notify me of the restocking fee and guaranteed that I would be receiving ALL of my money back for the sales tax that I paid. The managers and associates here LIE about the cost and the promotional deals they offer.. I asked for a printed/ contract/ promotional deal and they refused.. the sales person would not allow me to ask the details I wanted on signing up for service this place is fraudulent. Please do not go here EVER.
