Jennifer Quintana at the Autozone Auto Parts in Willis, TX was exceptional! She was extremely service-oriented, friendly, compassionate and understood my needs. She helped me determine the right battery for my niece's car and installed it for me without a hitch. Thank you so much for a happy end to the morning to a day that started out very stressful.

The reason why I came here it’s because they told me they changed your battery for you after I purchased the battery. They say they cannot change it.. maybe because there were two girls in there and no males.😡 I will no longer come here for batteries changes

Uriaha really come to my rescue tonight for a battery and idek words to describe him! I had worked all weekend jumping my car off over and over and to this moment and he put a battery in for me and how deapreate i needed it he fixed it up just like that and now im off to more adventures with a working car! Like im shook plus his raise is up give him double and retirement deposits to hes a good one on yalls team thank u!

I would like to say "thank you", to Nick @ AutoZone in Willis from my family for assisting us with a warranty for our daughter's truck. The previous part failed and it was going to be a major set-back for our daughter/us. Nick was very kind, approachable, listened to our request, knowledgeable, and immediately took care of us!!!

I stopped in on my lunch break because my turning signal was not functioning. Uriah helped out TREMENDOUSLY by installing the new light and giving me a lesson in the process!! Thank you! I do a lot of driving for my job and needed the turning signal to be working by the time I clocked back in. I was in and out in approximately 10 minutes! Five-star service, which is fairly rare these days!
