If I could give 100 stars I would for Kay at the Boost store in Willis! He went above and beyond to help me with a very complex issue regarding my current plan! He was so professional and friendly and patient throughout the entire process! I've been a customer with Boost for years and will continue to be due to his excellent customer service and knowledge! Thank you so much for helping me today! I appreciate it so much! Thank you thank you thank you! Go Boost! GO KAY!

I'm was a new customer who switched recently and I have to say customer service with kay is always 5 stars, he is very understanding and always looks for opportunity to help in anyway he can. I am happy I made the switch I have always had issues with all the other companies I have been with.

This is sad ,I want to give a good review based on employees but I've been here everyday for a couple days at 10 and it's never open. I call no answer anytime, so when exactly is this store open now ?

Kay took care of me. He’s a great guy, answered all my questions and upgraded me to a new 5g phone with an amazing discount! Came out with 2 new phones and accessories for my sister and I. Great customer service, overall very nice experience.

There was a younger gentleman that was running the store he was in the locked store before closing time I do understand he was young but to be rude when you are trying to ask him a question and then for him to give out false information that was the worse experience we have ever had with a person working for boost mobile

I went in their yesterday and asked her for the $25.00 plan I see advertised all over and she laughed at me. Then stated they have a $50 or $60 plans. I was shocked. You can see they mostly get paid on commission. I walked out and she didn't care. Later that day I went into a store in Conroe and got the $25 plan( with resistance). Their company sure pushes them to NOT sell that inexpensive plan. Then the salesmen requested a tip??? Dang Boost, pay your employees. I hope I'm pleased with their product ( unlike their sales people).

What a great store and a great sales representative! Always opening on time and being so courteous. Jumanji the manager up at Willis! Just got these two accessories for such a low price and everything! Jumanji if your watching this, appreciate your support and help. Coming back to purchase my husband's phone and get him those large speakers they got in sale!
