My teen daughter and I had an appointment to set up accounts with Bob Flowers. He was SO wonderful to work with. He did not ask me to post this review. After spending a good amount of time with him, my daughter and I said right away "we need to give him a good review!" I'm a busy mom to 4 and don't have time for this so that says a lot! He was so wonderful to interact with and get to know. We were not looking forward to sitting at the bank dealing with opening accounts but he truly made it less of a chore and more fun and enjoyable! Sweetest human. Looking forward to working with him again when we go back to open more accounts for my other kids.

I came in to get some bills exchanged. The service was pretty slow honestly but once I got to the teller they got it done pretty quickly and seemed friendly enough. This was great because I bank with other establishments but there are no physical locations nearby so it was great they were able to complete my transaction without requiring I bank there.

I recently visited the Chase Bank Willis branch and wanted to share my experience, which unfortunately left me with mixed feelings. On one hand, I must commend the exceptional service provided by the teller, Christine Taylor. When I informed her about my father-in-law's passing, she exhibited genuine empathy and understanding, which made a difficult situation a bit more manageable. Christine promptly took the initiative to inquire with the branch manager, Jamie Waskowitc, regarding the process of closing his account, and she handled the situation with professionalism and compassion.
However, my interaction with Jamie, the branch manager, was rather disappointing. Despite Christine's efforts to handle the situation sensitively, Jamie's demeanor was notably lacking in empathy. Instead of approaching the matter with understanding, Jamie appeared rigid and unsympathetic, especially towards Christine, who was simply following protocol. Even after I returned with the necessary documentation, including the death certificate, Jamie remained cold and seemed more focused on instructing Christine on the technicalities of processing the request rather than acknowledging the emotional aspect of the situation.
As a customer, particularly one holding a JP Morgan Reserve Card, I expected a higher level of compassion and understanding from the branch manager, especially during such sensitive times. The lack of empathy displayed by Jamie was not only disappointing but also unacceptable. Dealing with the loss of a loved one is already challenging, and encountering such indifference from a banking professional only adds to the distress. I hope that Chase Bank takes this feedback seriously and ensures that their staff, especially managers like Jamie, receive proper training to handle such situations with the empathy and care that customers deserve.

Teller from Chase Bank at I-45N. Spring (The Woodlands) stole $100 of our Girl Scout cookie money coming out of my personal pocket. Teller was yelling for me to step up to the counter as the line was long. I told her not until she put away the cash she had spread out on the counter. So she angrily picked it up like she was going to put it in her drawer. She then grabbed my $1,700 deposit cash I laid on customers ledge I wasn't going to give to her until all other cash were put away. My Girl Scout cookie money was counted by 5 people, ending in myself and my husband. Deficit comes out of my husband and I's personal account. So I wanted to verify it was correct, or it would come out of our grocery money. The Chase Bank teller grabbed my $1,700 cash deposit and slammed it on the top of the cash she hid under the counter view: the Chase Bank teller put that previous cash back onto the counter and mixed my money with that she hid, quickly slamming it into one pile onto her side of the counter. Without counting or verifying how much money I was depositing, she mixed my cash with a pile of cash she had in her hands. She was very quick and intentionally dishonest. I reacted verbally saying she should have not done that. She never said a word. The Chase teller then gave me a receipt for $1,600 (not $1,700 it should have been) for a deposit to our Girl Scout checking account and shouted for me to go away, saying "next". The man behind me was also yelling for me to move aside so he can do business. I was yelling at the teller who stole my $100 cash. I was ignored. So I ran around the lobby yelling the teller stole my Girl Scout cookie money, and for someone to call police. A woman eventually came out saying they would count the money at the end of the day. But I objected saying that would give the thief all day long to hide my $100. she stole from me. Girl Scouts policy is for all the cookie money to be paid out of the Cookie-Mom personal account. So any discrepancy will not reflect the Girl Scouts, but come out of the Cookie-Mom personal account. A few days later the bank called me saying the dishonest Chase Bank teller's till balanced out at the end of the day, so the $1,600 deposit stands. I objected and immediately closed my personal Chase Bank checking account I was paying $10 per month we kept open (for years). I have never had a Chase Bank account since. After, I received in the U.S. Postal mailbox at our house "junk mail" including several solicitations to the community to open a Chase Bank checking account. They were offering FREE $100 to anyone who opened an account. I thought how angry I was to have been a good customer paying $120 yearly to keep my account open, and Chase Bank refused to refund my stolen $100., which my husband was also a witness at the bank deposit. We attended church, I volunteered at school, in the library, at church and for the Girl Scouts as a troop leader and Cookie-Mom. But Chase Bank never refunded me. Chase Bank later sent solicitations offering $200-500 FREE CASH to Hispanics if they opened a checking account and kept their money or account open 1 year. This postal ad said no drivers license required, just an ID. So it seemed to me they were wanting new accounts from undocumented illegals, especially since the junk mail came out in not English, but the Spanish language. How insulting and disrespectful.
After that, there were 2 bailouts giving Chase Bank billions of American taxpayers money. I don't recommend Chase Bank. Ever. I would get as far away from this bank as possible. I would trust Wells Fargo over Chase Bank. And that's not saying anything good or complimentary.

Nowadays I just do the drive-thru before when I wanted to go in the door handles are so dirty I just can't get past the dirt on the door handle. Everywhere else inside the lobby is very clean and everyone is nice I only go once a month because I have to make my rent payment at my landlord Bank but personally I do not do my banking here because of the front door entrance is filthy and I have brought the employment staff and management multiple times showing them that they're cleaning staff needs to clean the door handles…

Went to this location 10 minutes before closing to open another joint account and was told no because its almost closing time and the process takes an hour. My other joint accounts didnt take that long. Must be nice to be able to decline providing customer service because you want to go home. Giving at least 2 stars because they were nice with their no.
