Burger from deli was completely solid and sitting for days. Went back and got told to tell the deli for a new one. They are just gossiping and not paying attention. Tell me they can't make a fresh one and that's it.
Go to get a refund and am told that it's not possible to swap for a different item or refund my card. All I can do is take the other old burger that's sitting on the shelf. Ended up walking out empty handed and down the money for the burger. Don't bother with deli unless your going to physically look at the food before purchasing. What a joke

The fountain drinks are rarely drinkable. It's flavored water. We have asked repeatedly to have it fixed but never happens.

No one ever answers the phone no matter the time of day you attempt to call, the guy who works in the evenings uses his vapor in front of your face at the register very disrespectful

They never have bags to carry your purchased items. People walk out of the store carrying alcohol. When they do have bags... they are the thinnest, smallest and cheapest bags.

Supposed to be a convenience store it's the most inconvenient store I've ever been in ...never any weenies no buns no nachos no chili no cheese no sodas no tea coffee cups are always empty everyone outside smoking cigarettes and not inside taking care of business only one person works all day one person all night it's crazy I'll never hit the store again

Always short staff! Compared to other stores they always have like 3 people or more working! I can see why it’s been robbed so many times! Bathroom are never cleaned and alt of stuff just missed labeled! At least there cigarettes are good prices! I will be back been going there for 5 years

Dylan a cashier that works here doesn't care if something rings up wrong because "that's management's job not mine" and refuses to let me pick something else or even try the slightest bit to fix it while everything in the beer fridge has 3 different prices.

Honestly the best coffee but they NEVER open up more than one register even though 3-8 people in line. This morning was awesome. One of two coffee machines are busted. Three registers and one where coffee frequency club screen NOT working is THEE only one using.
