Had a script there because Conroe didn’t have in stock. Wait time was so long. Rude pharmacist and staff. Problem with the script and they couldn’t find a number to call. It was stamped on the script but they didn’t have time to deal with automated number for hospital. Finally got it straightened out. Were supposed to call when they got it but of course Charles didn’t. Acted like I was a bother asking for help to try getting ahold of Dr to get issue resolved. Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Definitely will stick with Conroe store from now on.

Had to have a prescription transferred here while traveling. Called and spoke with pharmacist to make sure it was ready quickly and he was super nice and was able to accommodate me. Seems like a lot of people in the reviews are complaining about ridiculous things. Seriously someone complained because they take lunch, as if that person doesn't take lunch at their own job. Unbelievable.

I have been coming to this CVS for over 8 years for my prescriptions and small household needs, I've even developed a friendly relationship with some of the employees over that time. I will not be coming back after the way I was treated by the cashier tonight. My total was 7.80, which went down to 6.62 after the discounts were taken off at the self checkout. I had a $5 and $1 coupon that I scanned and deposited, but my total was still 1.45, which, if you do the math, is obviously not correct. I tried to explain this to the young lady and after going through the entire process several more times and coming up with the same result she insisted it was correct. I knew that wasn't right, but said fine. She then insisted that I wait for the manager after "making her go through all this for a dollar, because I must not have anything better to do." When we went to her register and did it all AGAIN, the total, sure enough, was .41. I looked at her incredulously, and she responded by saying "don't act like you won something" and telling me the machine must have malfunctioned... which is exactly what I had been trying to tell her. Having to go through all that over $1 is annoying enough, but stuff happens, it's not a big deal. But treating me like I'M being difficult and then refusing to acknowledge that I was right all along is very petty and childish, and I don't appreciate it. Just admit you were wrong, say sorry for the inconvenience, and we can both move on. The fact that I had to go through all that for $1, and now feel it's necessary to write this review, is ridiculous.

Insane that the pharmacy closes for lunch everyday. When do you think people are available to pick up meds. You could stagger it for sure.

This pharmacy is totally ridiculous. I have a number of medications that the pharmacy keeps filling on their own without my consent. So I have to go stay in line to get medications one by one ordered on the pharmacy discretion for whole week!. Spoke with the pharmacy manager asking to quit filing medications for me but they keep doing it. All my prescriptions are ineligible for automatic refills. The saga is continuing for a number of years. Again, PLEASE QUIT REFILLING MY PRESCRIPTIONS ON YOUR OWN WITHOUT MY CONSENT!

I have called 9 times today. I cannot get to a person, I keep getting in the COVID 19 information loop. I guess I am going to have to stop in on my way home and hope for the best.I have stopped at the drive through twice and waited almost 30 mins. So I left, ran and errand and when I came back they were closed for lunch. Came back on my way home and waited another 30 mins, 2 cars in front of me left before getting to the window - I couldn't believe my luck, I was up to the window and had my order in under 45 minutes.

I did not expect to see a 2.7 star rating. I figured my experience would have been something isolated. I’m disappointed in my experience and left feeling extremely upset. I was nearly sent home with unmixed medicine which could cause harm to my daughter all because the pharmacist and his tech cannot deal with the stress of working there and manage their misplaced anger.

Incompetent pharmacy guy whoever answered the phone didn't know what the hell he was talking about and couldn't even look to see if other pharms in the area had my son's seizure medication in stock. Instead he just said no they don't. Should have put someone competent on the phone.

This review is for the *pharmacy*. Bless their hearts, I don't know what the issue is. They take FOREVER. For the love of all that is holy, get your scripts filled somewhere else unless you want to spend 20-minutes in the drive-thru waiting for what should be a 5-minute errand. You will witness people in their cars stepping out for entire cigarette breaks. Make sure you have a full tank of gas before stopping here.
