Their positive attitudes and willingness to help make every visit a great experience. The team is very efficient; one visit for a tire alignment and balance, and another for a spare tire replacement, were both completed in about 15–20 minutes. Another customer had an 8am appointment for 4 new tires and was out the door by 8:20am. The staff will take care of customers even close to closing time. Specific employees like Ethan and Nicholas are noted for being knowledgeable, having amazing customer service, and explaining everything perfectly. The manager ensures everyone receives excellent service. This location is highly recommended above any other for anything to do with tires.

Ethan Medders is the best worker i’ve ever encountered at the discount tire. He is so knowledgeable and has amazing customer service. Everyone deserves an Ethan in their workplace. Discount tire should consider themselves lucky!
