Young lady working has some learning to do while working a job that requires certain abilities working in customer service customer relations etc. The one with the green hair in particular. Never been to a store and been met with that much disrespect in my life. I can understand company rules are to be followed. But all rules should apply not just the ones said employee choses to uphold and. As far as the remark could I myself do a better. Yes I do believe I can. And for the fella working the counter don't approach customers in a threatening manner. Some level if intelligence is needed at this location I will not spend another dollar at this location. Please feel free to reach out maybe I am the one not viewing the scenario right. If i could choose negative stars i would and half of your inventory of bottles Dr pepper on back shelf are not sealed properly among several other below satisfactory conditions and temperatures of food products.

The gentlemen working today has the absolute best customer service! He went out of his way to help me and offered to help me to the car. I also saw him run a bag out to another customer that had forgot a bag. He made our experience today!

This is one of the worst Dollar Generals I have been in. Not sure if it is management or corporate but something tells me it’s corporate. They ask you 7 questions on the screen just to charge you for items that DONT have expiration dates. There is NOTHING of quality or value in these stores. This is 300% markup for items made in China, all managed by people who are underpaid and under benefited. One of the worst businesses in the country. Shop local and avoid these stores that are RUINING America.

The manager and all staff at this location should be terminated immediately. Boxes lining the isles in almost every isle presenting a tripping hazard every few feet. Large carts full of product with nets open unsecured waiting for someone to knock them over onto themselves, guess those lawsuits against DG are completely within reason. The carts full of boxes are blocking access to products on shelves behind them. Most shelves are completely empty with the products sitting in closed boxes on the floor. The shelves with merchandise on them are a mess and not properly organized or displayed. Most isles are inaccessible for wheelchair bound customers, and the staff including management does not care. This location looks like a yard sale. It gets worse every time I stop in. I was greeted by a cart full of trash upon walking in. These photos were taken today 3/31.

This is the most unprofessionally run store in our area. Store employees can be found out front smoking most of the time, instead of actually working . The store is usually a complete mess, with products littering the Isles. I recommend shopping anywhere else but Dollar General on Calvary road.

Please come to this store and clean it up. I'm so tired of going in here to bare shelves carts in the way stepping over stuff and most of all the outside in the back disgusting.
