🤬🤬🤬🤬. if I could rate the store in Willis a -100 I would this is the dirtiest awful Dollar General in our area. The manager Cynthia, who checked me out was the rudest employee I’ve ever met. I purchased an item that clearly on the tags is 12.65 I was charged over $18 for it when I went and took a picture of the tag and brought it back to the register to prove to her that she had overcharged me. She refused to give me my money back in difference and only wanted to basically just cancel my whole transaction at that point. I asked her for the number to corporate. She said it’s on the receipt. It is not on the receipt that’s the number to the store but now she won’t even answer and I’ve called multiple times. I will find the number to corporate office and I told her this is this is false advertisement. You cannot put something on the price of the ticket that clearly shows the item I purchased and then charge me over six dollars for it, and she would not even talk to me about it anymore!!!! Just a scam !! I want my money back !!!!!
Also the isles were packed with stuff everywhere! customers were having to move these huge roller bins out of the way .. They were literally in every isle . You had to leave the buggy at the end of the isle & walk it 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

THE COUPONS THAT THEY SUPPOSEDLY PUT IN THE APP ARE NEVER APPLIED AND IF YOU COMPLAIN THEM THEY GET VERY ANNOYED THAT'S WHY I DON'T BUY THERE ANYMORE

I placed an order in their app for pickup. Fewer than 30 minutes from my scheduled pickup, I received an email that they were still working on it, but my order was delayed. According to this email, they were picking my order at that time. Over an hour later, after no update, I called to check on my order and it rang countless times until I finally received a buy tone. Now, I've received an email that they've cancelled my order, with no reason listed. Horrible customer service, to say that it's delayed but they're processing it and then not even having the decency to answer the phone to update me so I'm not waiting around for them. I will be choosing another store should I shop Dollar General again.

This store is filthy and there are carts with boxes on almost every isle making it hard to get to anything you might need.
