I had a horrible experience at the dollar general store on 12345 fm 1097 Willis tx. I went to the restroom it smelt so bad. The restroom was so nasty . I ended up wetting my pants because I didn’t sit on the toilet. And I told the lady she had nothing say . Health department needs to do something about them

My wife and I were in town for a wedding and needed some last minute items and this store was near our destination at Iron Manor.The employee Rachael was a great help in allowing my wife to use the non- public restroom to make adjustments to her outfit.It was an emergency!!!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE- RACHAEL!!!!!!

Absolutely 0 stars.Worker felt compelled to push her beliefs on how 14 year Olds look 40 these days while looking over my Id and basically threatening not to sell cigarettes to me even though I'm of age.Because she has the 'power'.Left everything and went 3 blocks to the other one. ?

Great store to shop in. Cleaner and better organized than most DGs I've been in and well-stocked. The staff was rude about the restroom key so I left urgently lol, but other than that a great experience. I'm sure they were stressed and I definitely won't hold that against the store.

I went to this place last Monday the women that was working there with piece on her nose , she was tired , rude terrible!!costumer service what is the point to go to work them !If I was her boss first all she will be fired with that attitudeSeriously

Worst place ever. A girl carded me and I'm a Federal Officer in the Department of Defense. Showed her my badge plus I'm a 20 year veteran of the USMC. I'm 61 years old and don't look nothing like I'm a person under 40 but yet she still carded me.
