James and his crew are hands down the best go to for all your auto needs. Service, repair, maintenance, heck I think he even sells a few top quality used vehicles that he stands behind. James is one of the nicest, friendliest, honest, hard working man I have met. His willingness to go over and above what's needed to get the job done, blows me away. Honest rates and quality work. His yes mean yes and his no mean no. He doesn't over promise and under delver, he's constantly just that good. Top shelf employees all around. Give him a try and see for yourself. Got my oil changed here they are super honest and the best prices you’ll get! I called around so many places and these guys got me in fast, worked around my busy schedule and gave me a great price. I’m a broke college kid on a budget and I will 1000% be coming back here. I took some cards to give to my girlfriends at work so they can come here too!!! Some even 2nd guess booking with these guys they’re as honest as it gets and very nice.

Went in for service BC for Mercedes Benz, turns out the car needed the battery replacement too.
Experienced some audio issues so brought the car back but left with more software glitch outs. Costed me another trip to the dealership and a fortune just to get the erratic codes fixed that glitched out as my car was being examined for the audio issues. Extremely disappointed in this experience. Will not return!

I had heard this is a great place to take your vehicle. I had NO idea how GREAT it is. I only have one vehicle. My AC went out. They fixed that sucker up good!! They even took me home and picked me up to get my vehicle. James is such a very kind Christian. Andy, at the front desk, is nice. They explained everything to me in terms I understood. It was such a great experience, I didn't even mind leaving my vehicle there for 3 days. I truly recommend this place.

I wish there were more stars than five. I would rate James and his business a perfect ten! As an 88 year old widow, I depend on service that is trustworthy, dependable, honest, courteous, etc. I have experienced all of this and more. They replaced a turbo and fixed an oil leak and other things I really did not understand fully but they are patient explaining and I have confidence in their judgment. I would never go anyplace else for service. Thank you James and staff!

I've been in the area for a few months now, and my daughter's Mini lost a/c. My neighbor recommended European Auto, so I decided to take the car and see how it goes.
Robert greeted me and said I would get a call once it was diagnosed. Sure enough, I got the call and it was what I expected, bad compressor.
I authorized the work along with some extra maintenance items. Expecting this to take multiple days and was surprised to get a call from Robert a day later.
I picked up the car, air is working perfectly. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone needing work on their Mini.

Great experience here today. James (owner) was there bright and early to greet me. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I got my car serviced and was on the road quickly! Free WiFi, coffee and a very comfortable, casual atmosphere here. If you’re looking to get your car serviced, do yourself a favor and go here!
