Everyone I've ever encountered there have been very helpful & friendly. And I love that I can access their ATM inside of Kroger 24/7. I've never had any problems at this location. Very highly recommend!!

Sorry customer service. They made a mistake on a deposited check and then they are holding the money hostage and won't let me have it. After cleaning out my checking and savings account to pay for their mistake. I wish I could leave a minus review. I have been a customer of the bank for over 20 years now and this visit to this branch will be my last.!!

Would rate a zero i was asking about my savings that maintenance fees was taken from so one young lady was so rude so I called corporate and the branch manager said she was going to take care of it but it escalated. This branch do what they want customer service doesn't matter to them. If one don't like you they all will give you crappie service and think it's ok when we are paying them. They are FIRED.

First time impressions are everything!!Apparently they close when they want to. It shows online they stay open until 7pm. My husband and I arrive at 6:45pm. The teller says “we’re closed” my husband then relied and said “oh I thought we still had 15 minutes before you closed, sorry” the same guy then replies with a sarcastic attitude and tells him “no we actually closed 15 minutes ago.” The sarcasm he gave my husband was uncalled for. If the store hours changed, that’s all he had to say! Maybe update your hours online and get employees with better customer service skills!! We will not be bringing our business to that branch again…

No issues with the bank itself. They have to be the slowest bank ever though! Don't be in a rush to deposit anything.
