Two things.
1. I had a gentleman come and harass me to want to have sex in the bathroom at 9 in the morning while im shopping. He was talking to all the employees, so I dont know if he is familiar with all of them or just goes there all the time.
2. This store is terrible with their pricing. Compared to any other location, they will price things in such absurd ways. For Example- the books can be 5.99 or 12.99 while if I go to another location, paper backs are always 1.99 and hardback 2.99 very simple.
I understand if Goodwill will still make money no matter what location I go to, but they won't get my money at that location when they keep pricing something as simple as books that are high.

The pricing has just gotten way out of hand, I get there in business to make a profit but considering they get donations for free and the whole concept of the store is to fine things at a bargain. For example purses, pretty much all them have something wrong with them and not even a name brand and have them priced right at retail. The same with the just about every thing. Ever now and then you might fight find something that surprises you but more then not you won’t. Better off shopping at Ross or TJ Max for deals were the stuff is new and you can return if you want I’m not a cheap person by no means and I’ll pay up if it’s worth it but when you can clearly see the retail price stickers on something and try have it price more or about the same is just ridiculous. Another thing that would define so weird is that they ask you to donate round up your money whenever you’re leaving whenever they are already getting donations why don’t they donate out of that? Why do they need to get your change on top of everything else I’m gonna stop shopping here I swear. There are much better deals to be found.

This place is a damn joke.... Went in and purchased a couch and had the receipt my husband went up there to pick it up and they sold my already paid for couch to someone else.... Beyond furious with this place I need a store manager that's over the on site manager to rectify this situation.... I will keep posting extremely negative reviews until then

One cashier is not sufficient for the volume of customers in the store. A line of over ten people, waiting so patiently, is an unacceptable way to run a business. Shame on Goodwill Willis.
