I asked for a specific cake decoration, ordered it on Wednesday for Saturday. I arrived and they tell me they have lost it. They gave me a free cake for the inconvenience but that won’t fix my day. Thanks to this HEB location my day is ruined. Don’t order from this location, it’s a heads-up.

We used to love this HEB, but now we are close to hating it. First, we were looking at bagels on the shelf, and most of the bagels ON THE SHELF, we're EXPIRED FROM EARLY TO LATE NOVEMBER!! This is unacceptable. Then, we get to self checkout, and the lady standing there (didn't get the name) was standing there staring into space without a care in the world, not even acknowledging ANY customer. Also, our groceries were piling up and about to fall to the ground, she saw it, and didn't bother to help either. Very disappointed in this store.

The chicken gumbo was fantastic. I got a large cup to share with the family but it was all gone before I got home.

I do not understand some people... I just bought this package of cheese and when I went to open it, there is mold going on the cheese with a sticker from HEB that says "damage-mold". Why on earth would an employee see mold on a product, write mold on it and then put it on the shelf. I am pretty disappointed in this store right now.
