“So we wanted to upgrade mine and my husband’s phone so we went to the T-Mobile store in Willis and was greeted by Ari as soon as we walked in she was very friendly and knew what she was talking about and was able to get both of us new phones and helped us through the entire process we laughed we talked about family it was an awesome experience and my husband told her she is our phone lady lol so thank you Ari for being so awesome”
“This store was awesome. We went to the store on West Davis before we were so frustrated with West Davis staff. We were so surprised at the one off 3083. They were awesome and so helpful. May I suggest west Davis staff be retrained. They are the most unsatisfactory staff. 3083 store said they have heard of the many complaints. Verizon do better and investigate”

Josh was very helpful. He was patient w me when I arrived w a ‘dead’ phone to turn in. He pulled out a charger and gave me assurance that I was not being a nuisance or anything. Josh was extremely knowledgeable regarding my device and the process of turning in a phone. I had no idea I needed to turn off the ‘Find My iPhone’ app in order to be able to turn in my device. The phone I was turning in was really messed up and was glitching badly. It took a little while (over 30 mins) to get the feature turned off and Josh never showed any sort of frustration or annoyance. In fact he joked around with me and lightened the mood. He even took the time to look at my own phone and assisted me in fixing my safari browser screen layout. Hands Down Best Experience in a phone store EVER!!!”

“Just had our internet installed and I cannot rave enough about the service we received! Not only were they 10 minutes earlier than they said they were going to be here which is unheard of, they were also so very professional, clean and polite! They had to dig a trench through the yard and they made sure it looked good. Other than the fresh dirt line I wouldn’t have known they had been here. They even asked if we needed help moving the dresser back up against the wall after they had hooked up the equipment. I never leave reviews but was so highly impressed I had to. So far the actual internet service has been amazing as well! Definitely give them a call if you’re looking for an internet provider!”
