The lady Yvonne at the money services desk, was obviously fed up with dealing with customers. I know for a fact the store does money gram. I always go to Kroger and I’ve been to this one specifically before. They even have a sign that says transfers thru western union and my money gram is powered by western union. The lady swore that Kroger and no Kroger does money gram and that I was crazy. I just laughed and walked away, currently at the next Kroger, which they were able to do my money gram. Educate yalls workers that’s unprofessional. I shouldn’t have to tell anyone how to do there job.

First convenience Bank does not want answer their phones because when their is double charge on someone account they will not refund the money back to the account so when someone calls they screen the phone number and they don't answer it so I have to call Kroger go over there tell them to answer the phone then they will answer the phone make it look like I'm bothering the bank which I'm not I'm trying get my account fixed which a purchase was made 2x on my account with same exact date time and seconds on my account I'll show it to you in the picture so Kroger response is oh that bank is not with us I'm sorry if they are in your store they are part of Kroger the reason I keep trying call my bank is to get the issue fix of the double charged on my account with time date and same exact seconds you know the bank app is slow as hell so it takes a long time process my payment so there is no way a charge can be charged 2x at the same exact time and date and the same exact seconds
You can see with your own eyes why can't they put the money back in my account but they want to dispute the charge leave me stranded where I can't use my card all because of the double charged in black and white do better first convenience Bank please stop making errors and blaming it on company when the company blaming the banks and then the employee calling their DM that doesn't work on 4th of July to try get it fixed they say oh he keeps calling well duh his account was double charged why else would he keep calling

★☆☆☆☆ – Kroger, Willis, TX (June 21, 2025)
I arrived at 11:49 PM to buy distilled water for my newborn, well before the posted 12:00 AM closing time. An employee outside spoke to me in a rude and aggressive manner, insisting the store was closed. When I asked to speak to a manager, he sarcastically said “sure” but made no effort to help. I walked in and saw customers still checking out, grabbed what I needed, and paid. On my way out, the same employee made another disrespectful comment. His behavior was completely unprofessional and showed zero empathy. I won’t be returning — I’ll go to HEB from now on.

I like this store. It's clean and well stock with friendly workers. The economy isn't what I like, causing higher than normal prices for everyday items. But Kroger endeavors to help consumers with in-store price cuts for bulk purchases, and online coupons really help with my bottom line. And don't forget about those discounted fuel points...winner winner.

I will be calling corporate about this too
I came in on Thursday (i believe July 25th) at 10 and witnessed the store lead Eric YELLING in an employee’s face about asking for donations and was threatening to cut her hours and move her to a different department if she didn’t get any donations by the end of the day. I also witnessed the same store lead manager do the same to another female employee and threatened her as well in front of customers.
The whole entire time I was in the store he was being loud and making rude remarks about customers not donation and blaming his employees for the lack of donations even tho this town just got its power back on after Beryl and people lost all their food and medicines that required cooling.
I also came in on Tuesday (July 30th) and witnessed him still yelling at employees and talking down to them and also seeing who I was later told was his 9 YEAR OLD daughter roaming the store and asking people for donations and their floor supervisor Bobby forcing people to donate by guilt tripping them.
In all my years of coming to this store and also being a manager at a different company I have never once witnessed such horrible treatment of the staff and customers.

Was there with my daughter and found it very nice being that it has a clothing section that many don't have, although I really felt that the clothes were to expensive ? for my budget.

I find most any food or drug item I need here..as well as housewear items..toys clothes and pretty much like a department store too..good pharmacy..bank on site and ATM machine..highly recommended..very friendly staff..witnessed the employees helping an elderly lady with medical emergency until paramedics arrived..hats off to those young ladies keeping her stabilized..very good job!!

Absolutely ridiculous that they only have self check out lines open. This is not the first time it has happened here. But it will be the last time. It happens to me. I will use HEB across the street from now on.

All right Early to pick up an order like 8 minutes. Said it was ready. Pull up and a gentleman came outside and said it's not ready. We're waiting on six items. I said that's funny. He said why I said there's only 10 items in the entire order. So clearly these guys just claim that these orders are ready when they're not. I usually shop at Kroger in Huntsville. I will never come back to this door. I don't like to be lied to high prices and lying to me. I don't think so.

I love Kroger but ever since they took away the Guest Wi-Fi, I haven't been able to access my grocery list on Alexa nor use the app to scan and search for coupons. It's an inconvenience really.

Either make self checkout easy and fast or ditch it already! We're not your employees!! The process is terrible, the system doesn't work any better for the employees than for the customers. Left the cart at the self check out and went home.

I was Delighted that they had my dog food in stock here. I have to come from Conroe where they are usually out of stock. I want to be able to get the Gravy Train for my Dog.
