Warning! Unsafe bagger. Personally saw a bagger not properly clean their hands after utilizing the incredibly unclean male restroom. The bare minimum for washing hands is 20 seconds with 105 degree water and using soap for at least 15 seconds lathering your hands with soup. Said named bagger sprinkled his hands for about 3 seconds got some soap and washed it off immediately after. I am not sure if he would have even washed his hands if I wasn't there. He came out and happened to be the bagger for my line, at which time I told him we would bag ourselves. We are food caterers and personal hygiene is absolutely important when handling food even when packaged. Will not return to this location.

do not purchase a gift card from kroger. if the card can not be registered as it is stated in the back of the card, kroger will not replace the card. m.card says that the card has been stated as fraud even though i have the card in my hand. kroger will not replace the card and m. card says that it will take approximate 10-14 days to replace the card, or who knows even longer, because of the holidays. i have spent more than 2 hours going back and forth with kroger and m.card and nothing is accomplished.

All of a sudden don't allow combined cash & credit card payments. Unbelievable! Can't wait for HEB to open across Hwy. I don't like carrying a lot of cash so I pay all the time with cash and credit cards. Probably spend a minimum of $4K per year. No More.

I live in the area and have been very pleased with the people, the service and the product selection since Kroger came to Willis (I have been a loyal Kroger customer for decades). Most of the employees (my favorite meat guy, Marco in the bakery, Ms. Lucy in the deli, the pharmacy and the checkout personnel) are so friendly and provide exceptional customer service. However, since COVID, the Willis location has not lived up to expectations. I understand customers in Texas are not required to wear masks but the Kroger policy DOES require employees (and encourages customers) to wear masks during this time. I shop at this location once a week (for years) and am seriously concerned about the employees not adhering to policy, particularly in food service!!! The personnel at the deli, the bakery, the meat department, the vendors that offer free samplings, all should have masks on! I have asked management twice now to enforce the policy and each week I find the same employees without masks. Please address this or I will take my $200 / week to Costco, Trader Joes, HEB or others. And the HEB competition is coming to Willis soon.

Trying to figure out what makes Jordan and other employees so special they don't need to abide by the State mask wearing mandate. Also don't understand why they cannot enforce customers refusing to wear them. I feel serious pity for the employees who ARE complying but are at risk of catching Covid because management is too impotent to enforce a State Mandate in this store.

This actually isn't a review. It's a pretty decent supermarket with a wide selection and good prices. But - THE HOURS YELP POSTS HERE ARE WRONG! THE ARE NOW JUST OPEN 7:00 am to 10:00 pm (temporary hours). We just went at 11:00 pm to avoid the crowds and it was closed.

Ok, the entry off the main road is dangerous because people are coming at you from all directions and it's unmarked BUT I got gas fill up easily at the advertised price. That's more than I can say for the Sunoco (tried to charge more than advertised, rude unprofessional employees) further down the road or the Exxon closer to the highway (out of gas today).

No managers available to help me get a nice bottle of wine for a gift (sign said "see associate for this wine"). Cashier was nice, but unsatisfied that I waited for 20+ minutes for a nice bottle of wine for no managers to show up to assist after being paged.

This past summer a family member very close to me was hospitalized and we soon found out was suffering from terminal cancer. She was an amazing women and an artist. She loved to paint flowers especially irises so my sister and I came to this Kroger and picked out all her favorite flowers. There was a vintage vase in the pre-made arrangement section that caught my eye and I knew my she would love it. After asking the young women (Tiffany I think) at the counter if there were anymore to make a special arrangement with, she didn’t hesitate to take the pre made arrangement out of the vase and take all of the flowers we had to make the most beautiful arrangement I’d ever seen. It was perfect. Tiffany had no idea how hard everything was at that time for us, she just did everything out of the kindness of her heart. It was a little bit of sunshine in a really dark time and I can’t tell you how much lighter that hospital room felt when she saw those beautiful flowers and smiled. Such a gesture may have seemed small to many but we kept that vase full of flowers until the day she left us, it was full again at her funeral, and will be filled with iris in the front row on my wedding day. I just want to say thank you for a good memory and something special to hold on to.

Great location and STARBUCKS!! Good prices. Employees are sometimes hard to find. Check out was as fast as any other store. EXCELLENT selection of foods and non perishable products. Sunday about noon time is very busy. Plenty of parking. Grocery carts great shape. VERY clean store. Excellent fresh flowers too! They also have a fair priced gas station.

Last week I was shopping with my two girls two and under, basket full of things. Unloaded my basket and all that. The cashier "Hana" didn't say a word to me the entire time, not a hello or a how are you. The bagger stopped bagging half way through and walked about. What was that about?! Don't worry, I stood there and waited for someone to come bag since they're PAID to do that. Went back to the store yesterday and noticed a line was empty while people were standing in long lines. I headed towards her line but needless to say when I realized it was her, I picked a longer line too. Very dissatisfied with Hana and her lack of customer service skills, she could surely use some more extensive training.
