About Public Storage
Public Storage in Willis offers a clean and well-maintained facility. Reserving a space is free with no commitment, and the online eRental option allows customers to skip the counter. The staff receives consistent praise for being friendly, courteous, kind, and professional, providing great customer service and personal attention. Employees are noted for being helpful, making processes seamless and effective, and going out of their way to assist customers. However, a significant concern is that monthly rates can increase, potentially doubling over time, though management has shown willingness to address these issues professionally. The business combines modern convenience with nearly 50 years of service experience.

Ms. Quan assisted us; she made everything very easy to understand and straightforward when answering our questions and showing us the place. We ended up renting two spaces; we are very grateful to and happy with Ms. Quan...
