They did an amazing job on my Yukon XL and worked with me on my hectic schedule. They have the best customer service! They even gave me a ride home after I dropped my Yukon off with them. I will never go anywhere else for any work I need done. I highly recommend this company.

Thoroughly recommend Lakeside Collision. From start to finish it was awesome customer service and they made me feel like family. Priscilla and her husband treat their customers with total respect. My Ridgeline was repaired perfectly and even the inside of it was valeted, which surprised me. Never had that with other vehicles at another collision center. You can put your trust that the work will be done correctly with Lakeside collision. Huge thank you to them all.

Figures! I would be the one to have a less than desirable experience here. I’m starting to think some sort of bad luck cloud is just following me everywhere. Well here we go. Let’s start with the pros. They ARE affordable and fast! I had some body work done here & they churned my parts out rather faster than I was quoted.Unfortunately, being fast is also one of the cons. They do a rush job here. I had them paint some trim pieces for me. I ended up having them paint 2 of the same pieces because the first one was damaged (by somebody else) prior to me coming here and unfortunately turned out to be beyond repair. They did the best they could & charged me $150. Several days later, most of the paint cracked off. I don’t fully blame them because the piece was damaged already. However, I felt they got it to me rather quick and had they took a little more time & a little more TLC (which I would’ve paid for if need be), I probably wouldn’t have flushed $150 down the drain.However, I was able to find and buy a replacement for the first part, brand new; brought it here again to get it painted the color I wanted. Picked it up (again, faster than I expected) and now I’m noticing some minor defects in workmanship and even worse, they partially broke my trim piece. It’s barely noticeable but on both ends, there’s a about a 2” peg that mounts it into the fender where it connects to make it sit flush. On one side, that little peg is broken off. I didn’t notice it until I went to mount it. Fortunately, I had a spare bracket that the trim piece clips into so I had to remove it from the one it came in & mount it in the other one which was a bit of a hassle.I wasn’t advised of such when I picked it up nor was I discounted on my cost. I’m not pleased with what I felt was a rush job and money wasted on my part and I can’t recommend anyone coming here.

Had my bumper, tail light and and a couple door handles replaced. They gave me good time and cost quotes before the job, and delivered on those. Pleasure to work with.
