I was a little nervous getting new tires but all the staff were very nice, they were very quick replacing 4 tires and reasonably priced. I also witness them helping a stranger who pulled up and needed air in their tires, they helped without complaint. I will def come back for more tire needs!

We had a blow out on our rv, on the highway, this afternoon. I called nearby tire shops & Medina’s had the best price. When I pulled up to the shop, an employee came right out to my car, got the tire, put new one on & I was gone in less than 15 minutes. They will get ALL of our tire business from now on!!

could not of been less professional went in for a plug and didnt tell me the tire didn’t work until after it was installed (still charged me) then told me to come back so they could get my tire when i came the next day they told me they still didnt have my tire. Went to cruzes tire shop the road and they had me back on the road in no time.

By far the best service I have received in Willis from any business. These guy are true Rock stars and work hard to gain your business. Last time I was there we pulled in off 75 with a flat tire a few minutes after they closed and they opened up the doors and helped us. That's a level of service you just don't see anywhere anymore. That action gained a loyal customer for as long as they are in business. I will never go anywhere else for tires again.

I ran over a bolt on I-45. Filled up the tire enough to limp it over to Medina’s. The gentlemen working could not have been nicer or more professional. They greeted me, offered to let me sit inside, then began immediately fixing my tire. Price was good and service was amazing!! They get all my stars ⭐️

I came to this tire shop approximately a year ago he sold me four tires for $1,150 told me that they were good for 55,000 MI I haven't even put 12 on them and they're already wearing out don't buy tires from this guy better buy your tires if you want to mounted it here that's a different story
