Called this location several times so I can pay my phone bill and never get an answer, on top of being wheelchair bound I managed to get into the store and the employees are super rude and have zero patience.

I’ve been with Metro for 5+years absolutely love it. Mr.Anaj took care of me today. Absolutely amazing customer service. He went above a beyond to get my stuff situated! Very friendly an easy to talk to definitely deserves some attention!! GREAT JOG MY FRIEND!! 100% needs a raise 😁 for such a great employee!!!! Shout out to Anaj!!!! You rock!!

Terrible customer service, showed up to get a new phone at 1pm on a sunday,doors where locked and no one answered the phone when I called, employee peeked from the back door and never came to the front door. Highly do NOT recommend!

No one answers the phone. In person I had a good experience. Lilly was friendly and helpful, smiled and got to everyone quickly to prevent customers from getting impatient. But I forgot to ask for a receipt & have tried to reach someone over the phone for 4 days, just to confirm payment plan that isn't showing on my account. No answer. Very frustrating.

Don't try calling up there, they don't answer the phone
