No one answers the phone. In person I had a good experience. Lilly was friendly and helpful, smiled and got to everyone quickly to prevent customers from getting impatient. But I forgot to ask for a receipt & have tried to reach someone over the phone for 4 days, just to confirm payment plan that isn't showing on my account. No answer. Very frustrating.

I've been using this store for a few years. Always deal with the same people and they are super friendly, always taken care of any issues I've had.

BEWARE. This store practices bait and switch. We just went into this store to upgrade our phones to 5g. We selected 2 phones confirming the sticker price listed in their store for each phone. When the sales rep went to ring up the order, each phone was well over $60 over the sticker price listed in their showroom. I had the rep call the Manager, Akeem, who said they would not honor the sticker price listed on their showroom floor emphasizing that if wanted the phones we had to pay the increased price. Needless to say we did not purchase the phones and will be filing a formal bait and switch complaint with Corporate and other regulatory agencies.

The manager and the other employees at the Willis Texas Metro T- Mobile, are outstanding. They are supportive, help you any way they can, have top customer service, and strive to make your phone experience successful. I will only do business, with this Metro Store on 907, in Willis Texas.
