We keep our 45' 5th wheel in a large enclosed unit at North Shore, & we like that it is near to where we live & has ample room to maneuver to back in and pull out of our unit. The owner is friendly, lives on the premises, & can often be seen patrolling the gated facility on his golf cart. There are two entrances for ease of access, keypad & fob to enter the gate, & a wash bay if you choose to wash your rig on-site (we have never used it). Very satisfied!

Wonderful, wonderful people running this storage. Extremely helpful and kind. I needed a wrench to get my propane off of our travel trailer and the owner was quick to grab one and help me. Also my husband forgot to lock our storage and the owners put a lock on for us to keep our unit safe. Can not say enough nice things about them.

NorthShore Storage is a hidden gem of a storage facility. Owners Carolyn and Fred live on-sight. The place is SPOTLESS and they are always friendly and helpful. We are so happy to have found this place. We have used other storage facilities in this area and none have been so clean, so secure and so helpful.

The people that own this business live onsite and go to extra lengths to help callers and customers. Very nice facility, with lots of cameras and lighting.

The lady that answered the phone was super rude. I barely got two sentence out and she talked over me with a nasty tone and then hung up. Believing that it was a misunderstanding, I tried to call back, this time someone picked up the phone an immediately hung up. Thinking they probably recognized my number on the caller ID, I called back on a different phone. The same lady answered as before... unbelievable!? Lost my business!!!
