To expensive on everything went In to day bought a gallon of red diamond tea got home and it was bad like it has been very hot and then spoiled and put In The cooler and sold. Better to drive 2 miles down the road to circle k.

4/29/24. Went in this morning and bought some coffee . I grabbed a stir stick and didn’t realize it was in plastic . When I got to the register I went to stir and it was wrapped in plastic . I opened the stir stick and stirred my coffee . Not knowing what to do with the trash , I asked the heavy set Asian woman if she had a trash can . She acted very put out and pointed to the corner of the store by the coffee bar and said trash can was there . Within seconds she hatefully grabbed my stick and plastic and threw it away . I was shocked at her profound rudeness . I then told her she didn’t need to be so ugly to me . She said. “. Well, you’re ugly . “. Really ? Is this in any way an appropriate way to treat customers ? I never want to go in there again if she’s there . I’ve been going there for 12 years almost daily . As I read prior reviews I see other complaints on her . Why is she still there ?????. Btw. I have never filed a complaint on any business but today was uncalled for.

The manager or owner needs to contact me immediately. I gave my number to the extremely rude Asian woman behind the counter but I doubt she will give it to you. Check your DVR. I’m only being kind enough to give two stars because there is one woman who works there who is so kind that I smile the second I see her and leave with a smile. She’s white, older, skinny, long hair. Extremely kind. The woman who was supposed to help me today was rude, had her child behind the counter, yelled at me because I had to wait for the funds to release on my cash app after paying at the pump with my phone. I’m no thief. I simply was trying to pay for my drink, I will not have someone yell at me and threaten me and demand I do things I cannot do at the moment infront of other customers trying to humiliate me. If I was aware the pumps would hold my entire account balance I would have purchased the drink before pumping gas. And if she’d shown any customer service skills it could have been a pleasant interaction and only a few minutes of me waiting to be able to pay.

Arrived at 5.... When they are supposed to open.... Which was before the opening lady showed up. Continued to wait until 5:15 when the door was unlocked, and was told they still where not open yet. Call me old fashioned but if you open at 5, your ready to conduct business.

Only stop for gas if it's the last choice. The pump's not working, The card reader won't read card. The recipe writer is out of paper. Etc, etcOtherwise a handy little store...

Nice place, friendly people. The owner is great. I do however recommend that you always check the dates on products you buy. I have found in numerous occasions stuff that was way outdated.

Went to this store last night, arrived at 950pm, along with 2 other cars that pulled in and parked with me. Walked to the door and they turned off the outside lights. Knocked on the door to get the 3 employees attention standing at the counter. Asked they employees why they are closed now if the hours were until 10pm. She acknowledged that it was 950pm, stated they close early and refused 3 different paying customers during business hours entry. This wasn't a favor you were doing, it was literally something you get paid to do, yet refused. Ironically known as a Convenient Store....not so convenient.
