Christy has been cutting my hair at this location for years and she is amazing. The cut is always perfect I suspect because she cares about how her clients feel about their experience.

Not sure where to start this, but here we go. Been a customer for a while and always greeted when coming in, apparently they don't do that anymore. 3 people working, if you want to call it that. Playing, laughing, holding conversations anything but cutting hair. Why does it take 45min for a haircut? I will tell you because it takes one to start it, and a second person to come fix what the other did. This place is awful now, one had the nerve to say I have done 17 haircuts in 7hrs. I highly doubt that after what I witnessed. Definitely don't waste your time.

Seriously!!! My husband has been going to Sport Clips many years and he has NEVER experienced such an encounter. I would give an employee named Kelly a negative 5. She completely didn’t not follow instructions on my husband’s hair cut! She asked him “How we doing so far” he told her not good this is not the correct way to cut my hair and see processed to argue with him and then looked at his ticket and said “OH OPPPS”. She was extremely rude and very unprofessional! He will never go to Willis Sport Clips ever again due to this!
Requested style: Did not get the haircut requested. Always gets Same cut he’s always has but not this time
Stylist: Rude, argumentative about his haircut, unprofessional and had the nerve to say oops heheh she looked back at his ticket of instructions!

I was very surprised when I called and they told me to just come in they would take care of me I was very impressed with Christy and her crew they got me in at the last minute minded you and did a fabulous job
Note store was clean they really keep it spotless and everybody was in a great mood

Really sad that I am on the wait list waiting for 40 mins inside then other people show up and they get to go ahead of me just because they are on a list but usually the 1st that has been waiting inside gets to go first not the other people,get it fixed thanks
