On Oct 2 at 11:15 pm, I left a cup by the soda machine after multiple failed attempts to have a foundation soda. The older blonde cashier (see other reviews for a trend with this employee), while attending to a small group of customers yelled at me to throw the cup away. Shocked by her behavior, I pointed out the numerous other convenience in the area that have working soda machines. The cashier said it wasn't her job to maintain the drink station. She also said that anyone who doesn't throw away a drink cup lives with roaches and rats. Excuse me? Good luck staying open when Smiley's opens down the street - their locations have working equipment and a gracious staff.

Horrible customer service. One of the cashiers thats works here, Middle aged white lady with blonde hair was having a bad day and decided to take it out on others, specifically against muslim customers, when I called her out on it she tried to get me trespassed.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! Black mold all in the roof, floor is dirty, smells horrific. Bad customer service. A tile in the roof is holding on for dear life because there's lot of water built up in that single tile, and has tons of BLACK MOLD!! This specific tile is above the Laredo taco station, ALL ABOVE THE FOOD!! Sometimes I get worried that the black mold liquid inside the roof is dripping inside of the soda fountains, which could put people in hospitals! The staff is very disrespectful, and there is stains from soda being spilt on the floor and a soda machine hasn't worked for over a week, the owner should be ashamed! Something needs to be done about this or code enforcement will be called!

I stopped to get gas here. I have been coming here for at least 5 years now. Unfortunately, when I need a receipt from the gas pump I cannot get one. I have to go inside to get it. I tried to use the ladies room, but sadly most of the stalls said OUT OF ORDER! The last couple had feces and urine all over it. I tried to mention it to Joyce and she copped a major attitude with me stating that the restroom is clean which is laughable! The lady, Joyce was so extremely rude and unpleasant that I had to exit the store before the situation could get any worse with her. She has POOR customer relation skills, filthy mouth, poorest attitude I have met in a long while. Let me tell you, if the restroom is any indication of cleanliness here, I will never get food off the steam line again. The enchiladas and whatever was there at 3:00 looked dried up and pathetic! It is safe to say, I refuse to get gas, eat or use the restroom at this store again! Ms. Ms.Joyce can't seem to understand that while she may not have the power to fix all the toilets, or replace the paper outside, she CAN have a better attitude while on the clock!

Very dirty all over, fountain drink area has mold and dust everywhere, food prep area dusty and never cleaned, coffee area, bathrooms, parking lot full of trash, all lacking even the most basic hygiene. Coffee machines never work, flies inside food areas, all napkin holders empty, Management could care less about the issues. Go to the other location in willis, they actually care about their store.

We stopped in to pick up stuff, and the girl inside told everyone she would be with them in a minute, then proceeded to tell them that if they didn't like waiting, they could go shop somewhere else. Horrible customer service
