Went in on Saturday to get an item that I saw on the Tic Top Shop
It was a huge Roster that you put outside in the yard it was on sale for
$199.00 However if you picked it up at the store you would receive %10 more off!
I ask one of the cashiers about the additional %10 and she ask me if it was a screen shot, and it was.
She mentioned they didn’t honor it if it was a screen shot but if it was web site, they would honor it.
so, I ask for a manger Ms. Beth came to the register and said Yes mama you can get the %10 as well.
She made my day 😊Loving my rooster. 💚
The 2 ladies at the register were very friendly as well not saying anything bad on their behalf. Thanks for a great 1st time visit at Tractor Supply
The guy the helped my husband load it on the truck wasn’t nice I believe his name was Jon.😒

Called to see if they have a trailer for rent. Taylor was so unhelpful, he said theirs was stolen (that sucks) I asked if they happen to know if anyone else had one. He sounded exasperated saying you’re just going to have to call around. Everytime I go in this store they are so unhelpful and always have an attitude. I’ll just take my business elsewhere. Seems others have had the same attitude experiences.

Good price on chicken feed. Friendly helpful staff. The salt for water softeners is not out on display but they bring it out to you quickly when checking out at the register.

I’m always in a hurry and the team checked me out with the correct brown fence panels and had them loaded in less than half hour. I returned to Ranch and made my meeting!
They are great and I always shop at Willis location.

Such a disappointing experience. We purchased a go kart for our kids that when we went to pick it up had not been assembled?! They had days to do so. The employees were rude and then when we tried to speak with any supervisor, we were told Beth (manager) would only text message her employees and would not call to speak with us about the issue. This was a significant purchase that not anyone can assemble on their own. When we contacted corporate they were shocked the employees sent us home with it not assembled. Mistakes happen, things get missed, but the absolute lack of care at all anyone in this store had about what we feel is a significant amount of money spent is pretty upsetting. Once we got it home and spent 3 hours assembling, it was damaged which occurred during shipping. We now spent hours assembling, hauling back and forth, an hour on the phone with TS corporate and still have to call Coleman to file a warranty claim for the damaged seat. Kids will be happy regardless, but for a place we'd always liked doing business with - this was an awful experience right before Christmas that could have been handled so much better.

I buy all my chicken, dog and horse stuff from there. I always have a great experience. Steven has such a way with people and kids, just makes you feel like he’s known you forever. We love it. Keep up the great job Steven!

Employees at this store are excellent. I bought a great Cub Cadet 54" riding mower and it works perfectly.
But, whoever reads this must know that the HUSQVARNA BLOWER for 300 is a rip off. Terrible piece of machinery. The blower I bought off the street with duct tape on it is what I've been having to rely on. FYI...
