I have so much fun each time I visit this store. Tawana and Randy are so much fun and put a smile on my face every time. Today I actually got an application, I want to enjoy my job as much as they do. Thank you for what you do and keep serving the public with a smile.

Went to mail a t shirt to my daughter. I grabbed one of the large envelopes that ups store sells, addressed it and put the t shirt in it. Then Randy, yep him again, told me rudely that he wouldn't mail that in the envelope because it could get wet. He was just trying to upsell and make me buy something more expensive. Doesn't even make any sense to sell envelopes that "might get wet" so he's either lying or ups is selling substandard envelopes. Which is it? I chose not to mail my package from there, instead I paid the 60 cents for the envelope which I'm now taking to Willis post office to mail.

Today was our first time at this location and we had an Amazon return. We arrived 20 minutes before closing and we felt as welcome as we would have first thing in the morning. We had two items to return using two different barcodes. The gentleman who helped us was efficient and got us out of the store quickly. The one other customer also seemed satisfied when she left! We’ll definitely back to this location who made our lives just a little easier this evening :)

The bald guy that was working today on 7/25/24, was condescending to my boyfriend and other customers. This is the 3rd time we’ve been into this location, and we will not be returning due to his demeanor.
He even made an ordeal about my boyfriend’s and my age difference by saying shocked and loudly, “oh, y’all are together?” His tone, facial expressions, and volume was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. We came to return an item, not get judged by a middle aged man balding.
We are uncomfortable with him talking down to other people and trying to embarrass us, HR needs to have a sit down with him.

Wow! Worst ups store and employee I have ever came acrossed!! Randy at this store was rude from the second I stepped in there. Dude should be fired! Whoever owns this location should watch the video footage and see who is at fault? He was real quick to mention how everything was recorded. I was returning an Amazon package that he threw back over the counter on the floor and said, "I don't know how your gonna tape the return label on that" I replied with "some tape maybe?" He says I'll tape it on but I'm gonna charge you 3 bucks to do it! Unbelievable! Worse customer service ever. If your having a bad morning, don't take it out on your customers. If I could choose zero stars I would have and when you're thinking about stopping at this store, keep driving and find one that is appreciative of you business.

Excellent customer service. I went into the store to mail some certified copies of documents and the company told me to just send regular mail. The gentleman that helped me walked me through the correct way to send certified copies to where I'd have a tracking number.

Love this store and the staff are always polite, welcoming, and efficient. The small town of Willis, has great customs and even better residents, this UPS store is a staple in our small town community.

If I could rate negative stars I would. RANDY is the most unprofessional associate I have ever encountered. upon asking for assistance about a return he immediately began yelling at me in a condescending tone about what steps needed to be taken, without even giving me a moment to explain. His attitude is absolutely unacceptable, how he is able to work in a customer service facing position in your company is absolutely alarming. I have worked in the retail service industry over 20 years, I would NEVER allow one of my team members to speak to our clients in this manner. I truly hope action is taken. I will be contacting your main offices in regards to the treatment I endured. The manager attempted to de-escalate the situation but never apologized for his actions.

I just had to come on here and give a HUGE thank you to Randy and brandon;These 2 gentlemen were a huge help,not only did they help me with what I needed. But they were so nice about it, 100% customer service!!!! Thank you so much for all you do,I just love the attitudes the both of you gave off. I also seen how well the store looked and the other customers were taken care of too.

Every staff member here is pure gold. I've been dealing with a lot here lately and unfortunately that means paperwork. Every employee has taken great care and shown tremendous customer service at all times. Forever grateful. I only go to this store now. Thanks for all you do!
