Zero star rating on responsiveness to prescription orders to service when come into store. Got in at 545pm to watch pharmacy cashier empty registers. After 7-10 min I asked her if they were closed when she said she would get someone to help me.

This pharmacy is a mess. They keep promising get medication, but never actually do. When you try to follow up, you’re stuck on hold for 20 to 30 minutes every time. It's hard to see how anyone can be happy using this pharmacy. The app for Walgreens is great but having to constantly call defeats the purpose of the app. Two thumbs down.

Rude. Do not have drugs ordered. Always bring prescriptions with you if doctor sends they never get. If I was not forced by insurance I would use anyone else. Takes days to get anything and any problems you have to fix with insurance or who ever. Walgreens just tells you it's held up and never calls you back.

Rude rude rude ! The ER sent a prescription at Walgreens. We thought it would have been ready in about one hour because they are ALWAYS super slow so we waited in the parking lot to give them enough time and going back home. One hour later no text that says it was ready. So we called them to check on the status. The pharmacist said it will be ready in one hour ( again?!). So we asked when they received the prescription, he didn’t want to answer and said : “you want things faster you don’t want to wait but you take our time on the phone!”
How rude?! It’s not ok to be surprised that it takes them TWO hours to give an ER prescription?!
If we went to the ER we don’t want to go back home wait half day or more to get an urgent prescription!
Then we asked a question about the antibiotics, they asked the pharmacist who told us to take a seat and we had to wait AGAIN because he didn’t know the answer yet, he had to research about it!
We spent much more time at the pharmacy waiting than for the visit to the ER!!
Absolutely not acceptable and unprofessional!

This is an update to my review. Walgreens is worse than it was before. It has gotten to the point where the pharmacist literally lies about feeling a prescription. My prescription was rejected because it was a week too early and the pharmacy said that she couldn’t keep it in her queue because she has over 600 prescriptions and that I should call back on July 17, 2024, which is the day that it can be filled and covered by the insurance. Well, I called back On July 16 I received a text stating that it would be considered an early refill and I insurance would not cover it. I called the pharmacy and spoke with the pharmacist who said that he is early and I said well you told me to call back on the 17th what is today she said the 16th. I said and what is the problem Phil tomorrow . She put me on hold and came back and said we’ll fill it when we get it in. I’ve asked are you stating that you do not have my prescription in stock she stated yes we will fill it when we get it in stock while on the phone with her I received a text message no longer. Is it an early but it’s a delay because it’s not in stock. Something wrong is going on at that pharmacy. (Thank God, the Walgreens 24 hour Walgreens in Conroe on Fraiser filled the prescription within an hour.)

This Walgreens is absolutely the slowest pharmacy I’ve ever been to in the last 20 years that’s including Walmart and Cvs. I have waited in line inside Walgreens for over 30 minutes and I have waited in the drive-thru for over 40 minutes. Both are extremely slow; Walgreen’s really needs to speed up customer service in the pharmacy
December 22, 2021 here again at drive thru. Been here 30 minute’s days still 3 cars ahead of me, absolutely ridiculous ?????♀️?

This is not my regular Walgreens but they handled an "emergency fill" for me today that included a crazy mix up (not on their end).
I'm grateful...all of the staff helping me were wonderful.
