Eight people in line at pharmacy. 29 min wait in the line. Poor management. No smiles from employees, they are working hard, but not smart. Pharmacist is slow. Computers are slow.

One star because of the pharmacy wait times. I use walgreens for all my prescriptions and have for years. I have been coming to this one about a year.It has the longest wait times I have ever seen.I will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere.I often wait in the drive through about 45 minutes. Today, was 40 minutes. This is ridiculous. Cars will be at the window 10 minutes or longer. Are they not pulling around and filling them on the spot??They are obviously incredibly understaffed. The line inside is just as long. Completely ridiculous.Update Nov 22: Still as slow as ever. They let you use express pay then have no designated express lane. It also appears they are filling the prescription AS you come not before which is why it takes so long most likely. Liquid suspensions are one thing but inhalers, common pill forms that do not require compounding etc it is nonsensical. Staff is joking around the entire time as well. Get it together.

This walgreens is more like the DMV. It takes them a full day to fill a prescription? It's ridiculous.

First time using this pharmacy. BIG MISTAKE!!! They have had my prescription since October 18th. When I called today( October 29th) to see when I could pick up my prescription, the Pharmacist said she needed more information from the doctor!!! REALLY??? Why they haven't called the doctor by now is beyond me. I wish I had read the reviews before having my doctor send it there. I will never use them again but until I see my doctor next month, I'm stuck. I have to go without my prescription for 3 days. I have severe problems with my back. You can bet that if it was their grandmother, they would make sure they filled it on time. They wouldn't leave their family member in excruciating pain while waiting for surgery.

Slowest Walgreens ever. Every time I come here it takes forever. Drive through and I’m store both. Making appointments didn’t help either, still took forever just for a flu shot

They did their best even though my insurance company are jerks and they worked out my doctor’s ordered. prescription even though the insurance company keeps trying to practice medicine without a license and deny me access to treatment. They were very nice and helped me get the medicine my doctor prescribed so I can get well. No thanks to BCBS of Texas who will be dealing with my lawyer for ignoring my health needs and practicing medicine against my doctors orders for very serious potentially life threatening issue. Insurance companies can’t practice medicine without a medical licence! That’s the law!

Slowest most unfriendliest store around!!! I ordered 12 meds 4 days ago. The app said they were ready. Went to pick them up, only 3 were ready, said they others "were only ordered this morning", which is a LIE!! Asked for a bag to put the 4 little bags in and the girl rolled her eyes and "huffed" like it disturbed her day. This store has the longest lines all the time. Always have to wait. I hate this walgreens!!!

They are always super busy, every month my mom's medicine gets a different price. 2 months ago they cost $160.00 last month was $68.00 for the exact same meds. Every time I order pictures to be printed, they can never find them and then, I keep getting emails to pick up my prints. How do I pick up prints they can't find?Everytime I try to get meds filled they give me hell. They canceled my medicine only to turn around and fill it moments later. They have no idea what they are doing at all. I called during the week to get meds filled and was met with the rudest attitude possible.

The nicest people that work their tails off. I travel for a living and always have some special need for strange vaccines or odd requests, they always resolve it and many times I would expect them to tell me to do all the leg work but they end up doing it out of good customer service. Everyone of these people have been great and I really like that the pharmacist answer the phone most of the time.

Worst Walgreens Pharmacy ever! The employees are nice, but the this pharmacy is so incredibly inefficient that it is surprising they are still in business. Willis doesn't have many choices for pharmacies so that must be why. Both inside and the drive-thru are the slowest I have EVER experienced. Even our doctor's office expressed their frustration with this Walgreens as they make many mistakes and are so ridiculously slow. If you have all day and do not require a competent pharmacy, this location is for you!

The absolute slowest and worst location we've ever been to. No matter what time we go there are cars wrapped around the building and literally nobody working at the pharmacy. Every time we need to fill a prescription it takes an hour or more. Definitely switching all of our information over to somewhere else.

This pharmacy has many issues that I have finally decided to transfer to another pharmacy. This pharmacy loves to do partial refills so you have to come back (perhaps to buy more products). They do not read the notes for ordering medications - one mfg that I cannot take so I have to wait while they re-order. They switch medications to auto-refill without my involvement. They contact my doctor's office for auto-refills and the doctor's office charges me $25 for each script, if I haven't seen them recently. The notifications when a script is ready is annoying due to the excessive number of reminders. Some of the staff have been helpful but they don't last long. I received a prescription for another person through the drive-through so I parked, waited in line, asked for the pharmacy manager and handed it to her. I should have reported them but I told her that I knew what they had done was against the law.
