I RECOMMEND WILLIS STORAGE TO ANYONE because they have been an absolute knight in shining armor if not for them i would have lost everything i own, that aside their cost is the lowest ive ever seen and didnt just lock me out when i struggled to make payments.

Great facility & the lady in the office is super nice. We have had 2 climate controlled units for several years and the temperature in them has been very constant year round. Also no issues with pests.

Was dropping of a U-haul after moving from Dallas. They worked with me multiple times and were flexible and professional. If I needed storage I would be using them. A little compassion goes a long way in this day and age.

The ladies at the front desk were super nice. The access is awkward, but there is plenty of room inside their gates. And overall the public spaces are well maintained and clean. (Rented a space in April & May of 2019.) Yes I would rent here again and they are reasonably priced for small household storage units. I can't comment on the RV rental spaces, because I didn't use that service. P.S. They do not store Uhaul rental trucks on site, you have to go to a Uhaul store for that! You can drop one off there though.
