I've been taking my cars to Willy for 4-years now, but this shop is no longer reliable... Spent almost $7k in car repairs only to get a clunky car back with the promise that everything is good now after trying 3 times... Pretty disappointing bc Willy used to do good work for me...

Where to begin? My car has essentially been in the shop since before christian current date 5/19/25.
I got it fixed, paid 500ish dollars. 1 week later it broke down again and has been in shop till 5/17/25.
This morning it broke down again! When I popped the hood I noticed the air hose to the throttle body was loose on both sides( the throttle body is what they repaired) ..... Ok I believe in giving people the benifit of the doubt but man it totlaly looks and feels like they are scamming me. Will never take my car back there again!

I called and a phone girl told me 210 to relearn a throttle body on my 08 Tahoe that takes 10 minutes at the most to do because I have had it done for free before. I even bought the Tahoe from from him and I feel like that's a really steep price for something so simple. I said that was a 1* review and she said that's fine for me to go ahead and leave it so here it is

I can’t say enough good things about these folks! We were 8 hours from home and basically stranded with a 1 year old and 4 year old. We called several places who couldn’t get to us, or were booked up. We were able to “hobble” our vehicle over to Willy’s. Willy was able to make us a priority and worked diligently all afternoon to get us back on the road headed towards home. Also, the secretary was so kind and hospitable to us and our children. We can’t thank you guys enough!

This place is a joke. I had recently turn my car into this shop because I was recommended by a tire place. I was told my issue was fixed so i payed them. Got the car back however the same issue occurred. Turn in the car again, they had a few days to work on it and eventually I got the car back. I was told the issue was fixed. However I still have the same issue after driving out of the lot. Absolute joke.

Very friendly and honest and I would highly recommend. He helped us out of a jam in a hurry. Needed a belt replacement and he took care of in minutes. Thanks Willy for being so kind.

I have brought my 2015 Chevy Malibu to them 2 times, and every time they were able to fix it fast and were honest about the repairs. They even delivered my repaired car back to me, to save me an Uber charge! They are my go to mechanic!!

This place is a joke! They had my husbands truck for a month and, never did any updates. He was just supposed to find out what was wrong and, not repair it until we knew the price and approved it. My husband called every week and couldn't get any answers. He called today and was told, oh the truck is repaired. Ummm...we asked for a diagnostic not a repair. We never approved any repairs and, they billed him $2300. This place is shady!! We will NEVER use him again. We were told different reasons as to why the bill was so expensive. They can't even keep their lies straight!!
