First Financial Bank is a long-established local bank with many locations. Reviews present a mixed experience. This place is an absolute joke. A large part of my transactions get flagged as fraud, even after I reply that they are legitimate. Save some time folks. Let another bank handle your business.

After 4 calls to support regarding Browser/Website issues, the 4th rep got testy, so I went to my branch and explained I demanded apology. I was assured his upper supervisor would call.
