“We rented a space here for five months while we were selling a home and preparing to move. Renting process online was easy and we were able to access the unit same day. Our 10x20 had two doors, which made loading and unloading it very easy. Just keep in mind if renting similar unit that you’ll need two locks. Location felt very safe. Thanks for everything; would definitely rent here again if needed.”

“Mother Nature played havoc on RecNation RV & Boat Storage in Aledo, TX with a terrible ice storm recently. There were roof problems in some units, mine included, and the staff, particularly Mikeulyn, has been enormously helpful. It is difficult for me to visit the site and she has helped arrange movement of our 3 units contents to new units that were not damaged in the storm. A big hats off for Mikeulyn and also for Vanessa, in their corporate offices, with helping lock on the new units too. I will continue to keep my things stored there for a long time. If you are on the edge about where to store YOUR stuff, this is a great place!”

The owner is one of the nicest people we have ever met and they're always willing to accommodate any needs you may have. Also, they're always available to contact if you have any questions or concerns. We have used them twice and have rented multiple units and we couldn't be more satisfied with our experience. Before, we used the high dollar fancy storage places, but were pleasantly surprised to find out the level of professionalism at Flat Rock Storage. We will continue to use them as we are now customers for life. Thank you Flat Rock Storage for your excellent service and your commitment to making your business top notch!”
