My girl was immediately taken back and the vet tech was incredibly kind to my baby and super patient with me and my billions of questions. The vet was SO kind and patient as well. Wonderful staff, and affordable! I cannot recommend this place enough! :-)”
“We take both our dogs here for their regular well visits and recently had a freak accident with one of our pups and they were able to get us in immediately and did surgery as soon as possible. We had a couple hiccups with her recovery (our fault not theirs) and they let us come right in to get situated and didn’t even charge another exam fee. Just really nice people that care about their patients :)”
“They got me in fairly last minute when I had an emergency situation. The doctor was knowledgeable and personable. She gave me real information in regards to outcome, and chances for healing. She never tried to push me into hospitalization - because she didn't think it would make a huge difference in the outcome of my colt. “We moved to Aledo 5 years ago and never really had a specific vet we considered OUR vet for our fur family. We just went to places that were convenient. Thankfully, that changed when we went to Vista Animal Hospital with Dr. Hampton. He is so kind and thorough with each visit, as well as his staff! Dr. Hampton was there through our dog’s declining health and eventual passing. It was very sad for us. Dr. Hampton and his team were so compassionate and patient through the process. His office sent us a card later expressing their condolences. We are very thankful for that!
Now, Dr. Hampton is the vet to the newest member of our family, and I am confident he is in great hands!”

“I’ve recently got my first dog after only ever owning cats. After the first week Oakley was not like herself. I’m new to this so I had no idea what to do. Dr. Crawford and what I think was a Weatherford College student Vet who I for the life of me can’t remember her name (i’m so sorry). They both were absolutely amazing. They were so attentive, and quick with the care of my dog. She explained everything to me and what it could mean. After the visit, what they discovered is the dog I now own was kinda a hot mess and needed quite a bit of medication. I unfortunately couldn’t afford everything and had to ask if some could wait. These two amazing women did something so kind for me. I bawled the whole way home. I am forever grateful for these two!”

“We travel out of our way to this VCA Aledo Animal Hospital for many reasons, one of the biggest being Dr. Emily Murphey! She has cared for our furry family members for over a dozen years. She's cared for some when they were new to our family and helped ease our pain when it was their time. She's even given some of them special nicknames that we still use.
The other doctors, front office, and tech team are always just as fantastic during our pets’ wellness visits and check-ups. Over the years, we’ve had the pleasure of working with so many wonderful people like Raven, Abbie, Nora, Brittany, Megan, Keeley, Andrea, Cynthia, and of course, Doctors Finger, Coakley, Foard, and Dykstra.
Recently, they tested our newest pet rescue, Charley, before spaying her and found out she has a blood clot disorder. They monitored her for a few months and took a safe approach to spaying her. Dr. Murphey and Dr. Finger went above and beyond and volunteered their own dogs just in case Charley needed a blood transfusion. Dr. Murphy brought her fur baby, Dixie, to the clinic on standby on her procedure day. Wow! Talk about down-home caring, friendly service! Dr. Finger did the procedure. She was amazing and kept me well-informed as I sat in the lobby waiting during the surgery. She did an incredible job, and our sweet Charley girl came through the procedure beautifully. I trust VCA Aledo Animal Hospital wholeheartedly with my fur babies. Thank you for all you do for us!”
