Waiting for paperwork at the receiving office for over 30 minutes after being unloaded. Paperwork sitting at the window Waiting for signature. Several people in the receiving office walk by and ignore.

This review is for delivery. Not bad out in 2 hours. Kind of a weird process, slide tandems, chalk tire, lower landing gear, disconnect service and emergency air lines and electical....but DONT disconnect tractor from 5th wheel, why? Anyway was delivering and not picking up, I'd deliver here again.

This was the worst place I’ve had to deliver to in a long time I Was 10 minutes late to my 9AM appointment and I got a door very quickly but it’s 2 o clock and I’m still not unloaded and they had a pizza party for the office folks and a 2 hr warehouse “meeting” this place is absolutely pathetic!

Had a tire problem. Told broker the next morning, showed up 3 hours late. Was told no one contacted them... Brokers fault. That was Friday. Wouldn't give me an appointment till Monday at noon. Thanks for taking my home time away! This place could care less about our lives or time. By appointment only, no mercy or grace.

Once I got to door it was quick after checking in then going to staging area ( needs revamping so no one is being blocked by anyone else)

Worst place if you are going for delivery
They take 3-4 hours to unload you .. even not deserve a single star

The worst company to unload. I had an appointment on the 29th at 6 am. I got a flat tire and arrived at 10:00 am. There were no more trucks waiting. They rescheduled me until September 1 at 2 pm. They are not interested in you, your time is nothing to this company. I will not pick up loads for this place again. If you want to waste your time and money, this is the company for you.

My appointment at 2.pm and the guy in the receiver said you should come at 2.pm like at 2.pm exact I don’t understand how they work if you come early half hour or one hour what’s normal to all companies instead this one what make you feel they just won’t and I’m still waiting till 2.pm don’t come till 2.pm or the lady will tripping on you what kind of job is that !!

Tough to find (Google maps sends one to a deserted house with two shipping crates in front almost 3/4 of a mile away!?). Must check in at gate with an order number for pickup. Signage at entry would have been helpful with that, rather than a paper notice taped to the employees only front entrance.Only one ramped dock for pickup where customers may have to wait for large truck load orders to be filled (I did). Loaders were courteous and helpful once one could get to them.
