“It wwas a curb side order, so I didn’t enter the store. A part was proving to be hard to find, even on a special order option. I thought I would need to get it through a car dealership and pay much more. Advance Auto Parts, on Walzem, had the belt in stock and it saved me time and money. When I did call, checking for the part, the young woman who answered the phone was pleasant, helpful and went above and beyond by offering to check the shelves to be sure the part was in the store like the inventory said it was. I appreciated that thoughtful gesture. I had a great and very positive experience with Advance Auto Parts on Walzem.”

“Highly recommend Blue Ribbon. Fantastic service, great communication and top notch work. Steven took care of me from start to finish. He was friendly and very helpful from start to finish. He walked my car with me and thoroughly explained everything at the beginning and the end. He dealt directly with the Insurance company and updated me along the way. When I got my car back the front bumper and doors looked better then ever and like they were brand new from rolling out of the factory. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful.”

“I needed to replace the gas struts on my camper shell, but the maker was out of business. The Uresti tech quickly determined an appropriate replacement part and installed them instantly. The price, installed, was LESS than if I had ordered them on-line and installed them myself! I've bought 3 truck camper shells from them in the past and they always treat me right and the prices were very reasonable. Thanks Uresti team!”

“They were the only shop I could find in San Antonio that was able to align the front end of my 1968 Camaro. All the other places that I called said their machines do not have the alignment spec for a car that old. I dropped it off one morning and it was done the same day. I highly recommend them for an alignment, price was fair too.”
