“Daniel call me today at 10:26 am I'm just getting around to call him back about my part order at 2:30 pm, upon calling him back the receptionist answered the phone and when I asked for him she said he wasn't in today, and I told her he called me today, so I said you mean he's not in right now she said exactly, now correct me if I'm wrong but not being there today is not there right now is two separate things. It been almost two months form when the ordered the part, and have to deal with a receptionist that don't know if he's there or just not there right now, no he called me today I returned his call today only to tell me he's not there today. They do quality work but are not customer friendly, I have my toyota truck repaired there and I got a phone response saying it was ready but it was not, this happened three times, so don't listen to the automated recording telling you your car is ready, they need to get rid of that because it is not correct. Also I still don't have the part for my car.”

“Amazing! After a 10 hour day at the office my car didn’t start. I got the car jumped and drove straight to Autozone to have them check the battery and alternator. I called the store to let them know I was on the way and they assured me that if I turned my car off and it didn’t start, they would give it a jump. Since the battery was under warranty, the store manager approved to have the battery replaced immediately. The store manager was very helpful and caring and the technician who actually replaced the battery was professional, responsive to my needs and was quick to help. His name is Anthony C. And his work did not go unnoticed. In a day and age where it appears that customer service is no longer a priority, these two employees made me their priority. They got me back on the road in less than 20 minutes. Who does that these days??? They did!!! Autozone has always been responsive to me as a customer but this time, it was above and beyond. Thank you Autozone Team!!”
“I dented my Honda Civic & scraped it up on the passenger side. I received 3- estimates. Matt the manager, at Loredo paint & body on Starcrest gave me the best estimate.
I couldn't ask for anything more. Matt & his team did a superb job by repainting the door & fixing the dent on the door. They even had re-painted the red trim on the sides I had previously put on the car. I am very satisfied & happy with everything they completed on my car by making it look like it was new again.”

They kept me updated with text messages every time progress was made, which I haven’t seen from any other shop, and they were quick to answer calls and texts. They charged the car for me and even detailed it, and when I picked it up it looked better than before it got hit. Everyone I interacted with was professional, friendly, and knew what they were doing. This will probably be the only place I take my Tesla from now on, as it was genuinely a better experience than I’ve had at Tesla service centers. Highly recommend.”
