“Excellent service....up font price quotes...and no BS I first took my car down the street to Firestone Complete Auto (Broadway St. - San Antonio) care to patch a tire that kept running low on pressure. Mark Sosa (Firestone Complete Auto) ...who is the manager informed me that I had a nail too close to the sidewall of the tire.... & that Firestone Complete Auto would not patch it...but rather sell me a new tire...etc. I passed on the bait & switch from Firestone Complete Auto (Mark Sosa) & drove to Broadway Tire & Auto. Broadway Tech working on my tire showed me in person (in the back of the shop) where the nail was. Nail was not even close to sidewall. Tire was patched & all is well now. Note: The employees at Firestone Complete Auto are Scammers. The employees & leadership at Broadway Tire & Auto are awesome/professional & very detail oriented. From this point on...I will %100 be taking my business to Broadway Tire & Auto.”

Reggie answered and was able to give me a rough estimate initially for what I was looking for at the time. He told me to come in the next day. I brought my truck in and we started discussing what I wanted and Reggie was extremely knowledgeable. The initial price was good and because of his knowledge I decided to spend more and get my exhaust completely redone. Left it over the weekend and by first thing Monday morning it was complete. “When my Wife’s jeep wouldn’t start I did the initial response of calling the dealership. Told me it was 250$ just to see what the problem was and they wouldn’t be able to get to it for 3-5 business days. I quickly called Derek and his team who informed me they could get the jeep in that day. Once I got it there it was immediately pulled into the garage and someone was looking at it. Over the next couple of days it was a cycle of fixing this problem and another spawns, but they wound up all being linked. The biggest thing that blew my mind, the shop closes at 7 usually. That did not stop the team from staying late. Both nights I received texts and photos of what they found and what needed fixed nearly 2 hours after they closed. The jeep was back on the road again within 3 business days, the dealer said they wouldn’t have been able to touch it until then! After the vehicle was fixed they have reached out to make sure everything is still running strong. Only gave 5 stars because that is as many as I could give.
