“Top notch experience from start to finish. I needed a suit for a memorial service and was in a time crunch. At 6'5" with an athletic build, suits (and clothes in general) rarely fit properly off the rack. They nailed it on the first fitting! I received personalized attention from the owners, as well as a gentleman who's been with the company for 38 years (sadly his name escapes me). That kind of retention in the garment industry is a testament to the way this business is run. The free tailoring is an added bonus (and for me, a necessary one). I'll be back!”

The best and scariest part was when I was really wanting a Muffin shirt. My partner's & I searched high and low. I asked her if they had anymore shirts. She asked what size and it seemed like it was possible that there was 1 left. The display shirt. She climbed up on the tall shaky WALKING ladder, took the last display shirt for me. And it FITS! “In preparation for my son’s recent wedding, Hilary, with It’s Sew You altered both my rehearsal dinner dress and my mother-of-the-groom dress, and I couldn’t be happier with the results!! She was prompt, the prices were very reasonable, and the fittings were efficient and stress-free. Hilary offered thoughtful opinions and guidance throughout the process, which I truly appreciated.
The mother-of-the-groom dress had previously been with another alteration company for two months with barely any progress, and I was so afraid it wouldn’t be completed on time. I told Hilary about my predicament and she agreed to help. In just one month she transformed my dress into something phenomenal!! She even reworked the waistline to better match what I had envisioned, and it turned out beautifully!

“Great school, great place overall, the online boutique is nice. the School is self paced and online, they accommodate every student,I’ve had several medical issues and they worked with me, you learn a lot with the group zooms.?one issue was I feel you will have to set all religious /spiritual beliefs to the side, your personal relationship with your beliefs are irrelevant to get through the curriculum. I expressed my future platform will be based on my beliefs to help a specific community that All are welcome to. I expressed this a few times in group zooms. Also,in my one on ones ( check ins ) with the Director. I ended up leaving. As I grew stronger & stronger in my faith the school was no longer a place for me. Maybe the school didn’t change, I did. The director is an absolute sweetheart ?♥️❤️”
