“This will be our go to auto shop for as long as it possibly can be. We took our vehicle there for the first time this week. Brian gave us a run down of everything that could be done and then detailed the more immediate needs. They had the car fixed up ahead of schedule and went above and beyond to make sure our tires were safe for an upcoming trip. They even put together a bag of snacks for my two kids for the road trip! “I went to Dealer Source to have katskinz leather seat with heated and cooled options added to my 2025 Tacoma. They were very professional and informative.
The day to drop off the vehicle I had lost my way to get back to pick the truck up when is was finished and was just going to get dropped off the next morning and would only would’ve had to wait a little over a hour till they opened up. It was no big deal from me.
The people at dealer source went above and beyond, when the truck was finished they called me to let me know they would deliver the vehicle to me. I was blown away because I do exactly live close by.
I thanked them and even offered to drive the person that was driving my truck back to the shop so they wouldn’t have to send two people. But they said no problem.
I’m blown away by this and they have gained a customer for life and I will send anyone that’s asking for a shop their way.”

“Just a good old-fashioned customer service centric business. Pricing is about the same as Discount Tire, but the ability to not have to wait hours is the huge plus. Their roadside service has always been fast, efficient, and priced right. While I have used them for years, a couple months ago while I was out of town on business, my wife had a flat on I10 east of SA in a construction zone. I called Lyndas, and they were on site within 30 minutes, and to both of our great relief they had her going again within 10 minutes of arrival!!
Based on a recommendation from a friend that uses their commercial roadside service, I started using them exclusively for our company vehicles as well as my personal vehicles several years ago, many new tires and roadside services later, I have never had a regret!! “Had a tire blow out on 410. Roadside insurance quoted me almost 2 hours for a tow. Called 6 places asking if they had my tire and they said no and offered no further help. Called Point S and spoke to Roger, and he came out to give me a fix up in literally 10 minutes. They put on my spare donut and ordered me new tires for the next morning. Roger also sent a mobile crew to install 4 new tires at my home address the next morning. Adrian was just as courteous and professional as Roger. You’re not gonna find a more responsive emergency tire repair/replacement in San Antonio. You’d think that kind of service would be white glove and too expensive, but with everything included, I saved $130 compared to just getting Costco tires (without roadside, without home delivery and installation.) Overall great price, but the best experience of all was knowing there are still good businesses out there that really deliver. Thank you Roger and Adrian and the rest who helped what would have been such a hassle the most seem-less experience of a tire-blowout ever.”

Calvin greeted me with a full warm smile, eye contact and a firm “neutral” handshake. (Thumb up and pinky down or vertical. This handshake demonstrates, “I consider you an equal”.)
Calvin asked for my service need. I had a “16-penny” nail in my truck tire. Calvin scanned the tread depth on all tires, a safety check, and verified the vehicle mileage.
Calvin got my vehicle completed quickly and even had the air pressure corrected in all of the tires.
Calvin, during a completion update, shared a little time discussing the automotive business in general.

I went for a tire pressure check and he let me know that he didn’t like me driving on the front tire that I had. He offered to help me with the tire and didn’t want me driving on it because it appeared unsafe.
