The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. We had several issues which were addressed and resolved. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and we were informed of the work in progress via texts . Excellent service.

I have been using Total True/Schertz Auto for over twenty years and have never had a bad experience. Longevity using a business speaks for itself. Never a problem speaks for itself. Customer service just an added plus to the deal. Enough said.

Another great experience at Total True. This time under the guidance of Jason. Total cost came in under original estimate and then they made sure I got my AAA discount. As Arnold likes to say .. I'll be baaach!
