These people make some of the best tasting deer sausage by far. No comparison to compare because they do have the best. You can’t find one flavor they make that isn’t the best. I’ve tried a lot of different places over the years but I now drive from league city to drop off at the Winnie location because the other place is in vidor and I no longer live there . Do yourself a favor and try them out, you will be driving that far too. Keep up the good work.

I have been eating this sausage for years it is the best but went home (Port Arthur) to get some to find out the store that carried it no longer carries it. That just hurt my feelings. I usually get enough to ship to my cousin who is in Philly. Are there any stores around the area or in Houston that carries it.

This is the BEST deer sausage I’ve ever had, and they have one hell of a variety to offer. They’ll also cut your ground venison with fat so it’s not like eating sawdust! The jalapeño cheese, the hot, and the garlic and green onion are my favorites. Prices are also reasonable. One word of advice is to have your ice chest completely full of ice when you bring your deer in. If you don’t have it full, you’ll have to go to a gas station and fill it

I've been eating the sausage here for ages, back when it was sold in the local stores. In the last few years, I've been getting my deer processed here. Undeniably the best deer sausage I've ever eaten...and this is coming from an old fat man, so you know I've had plenty of deer sausage in my day. So many flavor selections, and they'll even combine flavors if you want. I also like the fact that the deer you bring them is the deer you get back!

Don’t leave your deer meat here. Dropped 2 doe off and got a call 3 and a half weeks later telling me “due to the BONE DUST the meat has spoiled”. No pictures of the meat they expect you to to take their word for it…After calling multiple different deer processors no one has ever heard of it.Long story short I go pick up my now empty ice chest and they blame me for it. This place is full of thieves. My guess is they either gave my deer to someone else or sold it as their own sausage. Wish I could give them zero stars!

I eat alot of sausage. That being said, this is by far one of the best sausages I have ever had. Each style they make is delicious. I drive over an hour to the nearest store to purchase them. If you see any of their varieties in your grocery store, do your tastebuds a favor.. BUY IT!!

Very rude. Work when they want to. Get ready to take off work to pick up your meat at weird hours. Will make you leave to go get ice before they even will help you. Even though they put it in a walk in cooler. Will not be back even though it's close to our house.

I have not visited this place of business so I cannot provide a review on customer service or cleanliness of the establishment. But I can say the deer sausage that I ate last weekend which was processed here has to be the best I've ever had. The jalapeño cheddar sausage was absolutely phenomenal.
