Hours: Harrington Packing Co. is a small business that has been producing high-quality sausage for years, earning a loyal customer base. According to reviews, their sausage is praised for its fantastic flavor, which makes it a versatile ingredient in various dishes like gumbo, soups, and even breakfast. Customers have noted that the sausage is reasonably priced and the staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Many customers have been buying Harrington's sausage for decades, some even making annual trips to the company's location in Winnie, Texas, to stock up for the year. The sausage is described as the "best smoked sausage ever," with one reviewer claiming there is no other green onion sausage that can compare to Harrington's. The company's deer sausage is also highly regarded, with customers noting that it is the best they have ever tasted. Unfortunately, some customers have experienced difficulty in finding Harrington's sausage, as a local store that previously carried it has stopped selling it. This has led to disappointment and a desire for the company to expand its distribution to make their products more accessible to customers in the surrounding areas, including Houston.
