“We were in town from Dallas for the weekend and unfortunately had car issues the whole time!! Made it through the weekend but before heading back to Dallas, we needed to find someone to fix it up for us! We went to multiple automotive shops in the area, and everybody turned us away and said to come back next week. I called South Franklin automotive and explained our situation and they said to come on by! They were able to help us out immediately and got the van all set & ready to roll! The mechanics at South Franklin automotive were very knowledgeable, professional, and understanding of the situation we were in. Thank you so much!! Five stars all the way! 100% recommend!!”

“Car overheating, called them got me in to do a quick diagnostic because I was at work. Found the issue topped me off with fluid and got me on the road way better off than I was. Bless these people got me back to work and able to make it home and didn’t charge me. These are good honest people who deserve every bit of business they can get.”

“Came from Austin to my in laws and on my way up I had to get both back tires done and unfortunately they said I needed a new shock. The next morning I took it into this lovely shop and got my car taken care of by end of day! I really appreciate the quickness on their shop and even willing to stay past close time to get my suv done before I head out to Missouri Monday morning! Thanks for the help y'all”
