When our dachshund Daisy started having seizures and wasn’t responsive, they immediately called in the staff member she loved most. She came in on her day off and sat with Daisy, holding and comforting her until we could get there. Daisy went into sudden kidney failure and we had to say goodbye the next day. They even called afterward to check on her and on us. That level of compassion meant more than I can put into words.
Our other dog, Moose, is… a handful. He once jumped the fence during a stay. They called immediately to let us know, even though he had already been found safe, and moved him to a covered kennel. They were completely transparent about it and even joked about his impressive jumping skills. They know Moose by name, and whenever I call they know exactly who I’m talking about. He screams like he’s being personally victimized when anyone tries to trim his nails, but they patiently work on them little by little during his stays. When he injured his arm right before a vacation, they stepped in without hesitation to handle the wound care so we didn’t have to cancel our trip.
Today I showed up almost two hours late for pickup because I completely forgot about the time change from New Mexico and daylight savings. I didn’t even call until 30 minutes after closing. They didn’t make a fuss at all and just reassured us it was fine. The biggest thing - Moose gets excited when we pull into the parking lot. He loves going there. Over the years they’ve always been accommodating, kind, and incredibly attentive. It’s rare to find people who care this much about the animals entrusted to them.

202 E US-62, WolfforthTook our 6-month puppy in because he got parvo. He already had the first set of shots for parvo, but stuff happens.
The staff was very kind, accommodating, and understanding. Now our puppy is doing great and thriving with no issues.
We will be returning to get him fixed here as well.
