“I have used this UPS STORE location #1207, at 82nd Street in Lubbock, several times. They are ALWAYS helpful, friendly, willing to answer all your questions, and take all the time necessarily to make sure you have everything needed to ship or return your packages or products.I have used OTHER locations, but they are not as helpful and courteous as the Slide and 82nd street #1207 store.Thank you to all the wonderful staff at this UPS store for going ABOVE AND BEYOND for me anytime I go in there.I appreciate you all, and thanks for making ME feel appreciated when I come in.”

“This UPS store is the best. They are friendly and fast. We have all of our packages shipped there, and it is such a relief not to have to worry about rushing home to get a package off the porch before it is stolen! We pick up our packages when it it convenient for us. Plus, they are open on Sundays so we don't have to wait til Monday if we can't get there on Saturday. It is very convenient and the people are great!”

“The two ladies on the front desk are fabulous. They were very kind and very nice to us. We went there to post a document and when we got back we realised that we need to change the signature with black ink. We called them and they literally helped us out making the changes. Put our document on hold. They had been super kind and literally we feel that they have done their job above and beyond their call of duty. We really need people like them. Thank u ladies!

“Cindy and the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond to provide the best customer service! We are so impressed with the variety of services they offer. We've used them for printing everything from business cards to banners and anything in between. We even have a mailbox with them. Even though we live clear across town, I can't imagine going anywhere else to get all of my shipping and printing needs handled. I'm also a huge fan of them being a locally owned, family-run business.”
