“Cindy and the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond to provide the best customer service! We are so impressed with the variety of services they offer. We've used them for printing everything from business cards to banners and anything in between. We even have a mailbox with them. Even though we live clear across town, I can't imagine going anywhere else to get all of my shipping and printing needs handled. I'm also a huge fan of them being a locally owned, family-run business.”

“Had the best experience today at UPS on Milwaukee. I had a lot of Amazon returns which had been sorted by barcodes. The emails showing the QR codes were not in the correct order and did not show what was being returned. So my easy return trip turned into a searching ordeal to match an item to its QR code. Haleigh and Kaley were the best helping me sort out the items. They were both patient with great attitudes while we figured it all out. Thanks for such a pleasant visit today, girls!”

“4/15/26 Jennifer was superb when I came in which a shipping crisis. She was polite, professional & compassionate. I came in at 8:22 PM, they close at 8:30 PM. She talked me through all my choices as I had never sent something FedEx. At 70 years young, I have always been a Post Office shipper because it is familiar. Knowing the employees at FedEx are willing to go above & beyond in this time of automation & AI makes me happy there are humans willing to help. Thank you Jennifer.”
“The two ladies on the front desk are fabulous. They were very kind and very nice to us. We went there to post a document and when we got back we realised that we need to change the signature with black ink. We called them and they literally helped us out making the changes. Put our document on hold. They had been super kind and literally we feel that they have done their job above and beyond their call of duty. We really need people like them. Thank u ladies!

“Great store. Smells so good in there! They have candles, oils, cards and I didn’t know they did gift wrapping. I went in to ship off thinking I’d use the USPS but, FedEx had a better price. How cool is it that you can compare pricing and get beef jerky at the same time! Another cool thing…. DRIVE THRU!”
