They are ALWAYS helpful, friendly, willing to answer all your questions, and take all the time necessarily to make sure you have everything needed to ship or return your packages or products.I have used OTHER locations, but they are not as helpful and courteous as the Slide and 82nd street #1207 store.Thank you to all the wonderful staff at this UPS store for going ABOVE AND BEYOND for me anytime I go in there.I appreciate you all, and thanks for making ME feel appreciated when I come in.”

Now my purchase is waiting in Lubbock and the promised delivery date from Samsung is not happening.*Update Resolution team contacted me same day and helped schedule a day.While the promised day from Samsung wasn’t met, I got the next possible day and the guys set everything up quick and efficiently.”
