“I can't say enough good things about the service I received from Kaitlyn! She did an amazing job getting my car repaired quickly while keeping me informed every step of the way. She took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed, which I really appreciated.
Every time I call the shop, she's the one who answers the phone, and she's always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. I honestly don't know how she manages to juggle everything she does, but she is exceptional at her job.
If anyone deserves a raise, it's Kaitlyn! Outstanding customer service like hers is hard to find these days. Because of the experience she provided, I'll definitely be coming back for my future maintenance, including all of my oil changes. Thank you, Kaitlyn, for making the whole experience so easy!”
“Cody was really helpful and had great pricing . Tires are great so far , can’t wait to get to the lease and check them out . Buy from HCT , he is local and your money helps a small business . Thanks”

“This is the shop to go to!! Professional, and will get you right!
Was in a bind after ruining a rail spike into my tire and Chad got me back on the road. Out of all the tire shops I’ve went to this is probably by far the best. Don’t go anywhere else.”
